I had a simple order that took 25 minutes. staff lost my order. I had to repeat at least 5 times what I ordered . Then they gave me the wrong food and I had to go back another time to get it corrected. This McDonald's seems to intentionally short staff it's workers making them do two things at once and that for sure contributes to the problem. You overwork a machine it malfunctions . Same with people

Many of the self order kiosks were broken and there wasn’t a person at the counter to order from when I arrived. Kiosk asked for your table number- as if someone was going to bring you your meal- and there’s no way to by pass it or clear instructions that it doesn’t matter what number you enter.
