What’s the point of being open if you only accept online orders and why did I have to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru to figure that out. Nobody cares anymore

Make sure to check your items! They gave me this in my 10-piece, and I had a headache all day because I didn't notice it buried under the other chicken nuggets, which probably got contaminated from contact.

Not sure what the point of having a self serve option/kiosk is meant for if regardless they make you get up and go get it. If you all are too busy taking drive thru orders or walk in orders get more staff to actually serve the customers that sit and wait for their food for over 25 min before they have to get up and go get it themselves. Food is cold at that point.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald’s. I placed an order that included six medium fries—none of which were included when I received my food. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, so I reached out right away to report the issue. I did receive an apology, but that was it. Since then, I haven’t heard anything back—no follow-up, no resolution, and definitely no replacement for the missing items. It’s frustrating to be ignored after being told the matter would be addressed. Poor service and lack of accountability like this make it hard to trust ordering from this specific McDonald’s again at 4158 S Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60609.

I ordered a happy meal with the six piece chicken nuggets. I didn’t get the chicken nuggets. It’s always something at this McDonald’s. I’m always missing something and I go to this McDonald’s cause it’s closest to my job

Had a coffee, asked to get some more caramel. She took the coffee and brought it back, the same coffee no caramel. She wanted to have me pay for extra when there was none. If I didn't have to work I would come back for a refund.
