Ordered table service and they didn't bring my order I go to the counter and they have it all bagged up so I complained. Then I see them bring table service to everyone else.

This McDonald's this morning on Saturday, October 26 was an outrage. I ordered a large unsweetened Tea which I ordered on my mobile app. I entered the drive-through line at 6:42 am, I got to work at 7:10 am and I am only 3 blocks away from work. The customer in front of me had a large 10 hash browns and over 5 sandwiches; I forgot how many than what else the customer ordered. I sat in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes, I would have just driven off but I wasn't sure would I receive a refund. By the time I had gotten to the window, I had told the cashier, "When someone has a large order, they're supposed to pull up to the next window or the side so the other cars can get their orders and go." He just ignored me, I started to contact the manager but I was already late. This McDonald's has a 5 stars for me and I've been going to this place since it opened and never had a problem. It will be a long time, or maybe never when I return.

Worse mcdonald's yet we order our food and things were missing also the guy at the drive tru we order happy meal didn't ask want sauce or if we want apples he just gave us whatever he pleased also we told him 2 Sundae repeat the order didn't put it in the screen so when we get out food a Sudae is missing so we ask if we can pay for the second on their like no go to the back of the line it was their mistakes we will never be going to this mcdonalds again dont waste you time very incompetent people work their ..
