This location has horrible service. They completely got my order wrong in so many ways truly disappointed for what I was expecting. They messed up my whole craving. And to make things worse, they didn’t even give me a receipt so I can return.

On the upside.... orders tend to be correct (no pickles, 🥒 etc). If you still go, ask for no salt fries then at the window ask for a salt packet and get your napkins. SMH 💯

I had surgery and all I wanted after discharge was mcdonalds breakfast. My partner put in an order through the app but it took time for us to get discharged so we didn't arrive until 1050. We were told we were late ahd the order would be canceled when we arrived. Look, I don't care if it's cold, just hold onto our food. I cried.

My boyfriend and I have been regular morning customers, and unfortunately, the experience has become consistently disappointing. The staff on the morning shift always seem to have nasty attitudes and make ugly gestures, which creates a very unpleasant environment. To make things worse, they are constantly getting our orders wrong. When we bring their mistakes to their attention, they get mad at us instead of apologizing or simply correcting the order. It's frustrating to pay for something and then have to deal with such poor service. We sincerely hope management can do a better job of hiring people who at least pretend to care about the customers and their orders.
