Looking at the reviews and going here often I think a good thing to remember is that when we make a mistake it's OK, fix it and move on. Today the young lady at the counter says sugar free French vanilla and I'm like oh no regular please, she looks at my cup, takes it, I wait about 3-4 mins more, she gives me the exact same cup, I taste the sugar free, I'm like OK, so I'll just drink it... but no I can't i don't like the taste, I start getting a...

I didn’t have McDonald’s in years, this location is doing it right. Management that cares is what’s important. Made mistake with our order, fixed the problem, and gave us cookies and nuggets and were super apologetic. Really polite staff.
