I previously left a negative review because consistently the chicken products tasted bitter and faintly burned like they've been left out for too long or the fry oil went bad.
In the recent two visits I went they no longer have this issue. If anyone actually took action to fix this I really appreciate it. But maybe I just got lucky or something this time

I've never had bad fries or a milkshake at mcd. I don't know how it's even possible to mess up fries and a milkshake, but this location managed it spectacularly.

Don’t ask for a cup to switch your beverage out they will deny you it and say they have to charge because people steal drinks yet give out free cups and let whom they want grab free drinks. I paid for a large coffee asked for a medium cup to switch it out and wasn’t treated accordingly the way they treat “other” customers nevertheless there’s Only lack of customer service with the Hispanic management, they tend to live in their own world at this location .

Dirty floors and tables that you have to wipe yourself with wet wipes. The service is slow, the staff are not particularly friendly, and sometimes they don't seem to understand what you're trying to tell them. Twice, my order (hot drinks that should be quick to make) was forgotten and only served after I reminded them. Suspicious individuals often come into the premises, making it feel unsafe.

I work by here. I constantly go because the only option it's around staff is very rude starting with their overnight staff who don't even take the time to let you know that all orders are canceled after a certain point, which is not what's stated outside of the building. They'll yell at you and cuss you out. The food is Hit or Miss it gets frustrating to order ice cream from here. Sometimes they'll give you a very large ice cream, cone or ice cream cup. Sometimes they'll barely give you anything. Today was the last straw one day then let me fill my ice cream up halfway and then got real mad at me and snatched my ice cream away. When I asked for them to top it off a little bit I asked politely I didn't yell at anybody. I was getting rolled eyes and everything doesn't matter how busy you are. You don't have to be a jerk. The short younger black lady with very short hairVery rude and chunky overnight Black lady also very rude
