got my sausage and egg mcmuffin and i couldnt be happier at 6am in the morning everyone else needs to get a grip

They yelled at us not to take a straw because the straw was in the bag but when we got to our car there was no straw in the bag

Sunday after Thanksgiving - ORD is busy, but this McDonald's ain't sweatin! Great service, food is hot made to order and put together. Manager and her team have like a million orders but are putting out at a consistent rate. I enjoyed my meal. Thank you Terminal 3 Concourse L McDonalds!

Horrible food & service...over $15 for a combo meal...and be subjected to rude employees and to food that was cold, dry & pure rubbish

Fix it or stop using the McD brand name...so I don't mistakenly assume it is a decent place for a quick, halfway decent meal

Took 15 minutes to get lukewarm fries from this place that has no ketchup. Charged me for a medium fry and gave me a small. I mentioned the size and “they didn’t have no boxes” be…The chick at the counter and the other with a red hair that looks like curt fries from Arby’s need to work where they know what they are doing, sadly McDonald’s is too much for them.

I know it is an airport branch, but shouldn’t name brand has some bride , I would suggest to avoid that location by all means, does not worth a penny, cold food, trashy place, overpriced which I can understand but taking advantage of a traveler and serving trash is unacceptable

This McDonald's messed up my order twice in a row. First time food came out cold, went back to return and get a new order. Second time, they forgot about my order, and eventually gave me cold food again. When I went to return it, the employee asked me if I ate it... no, I threw it in the trash. The person behind me in line also returned their entire order for being cold. I ended up going to Gold Coast next door and got a Gyro. The Gyro was amazing, get food there instead.

Please do not order the orange juice! It’s not worth the price. It tastes like bitter water with a yellow color—no hint of orange at all. Yuck!

The staff was very efficient, short wait time.

Waited for 30 minutes and didn't receive my food. Never called my number and it didn't appear on their order screen. They said they already filled that order and maybe someone else grabbed it.
Told me they would recreate the same order. Waited another 20 minutes and saw my order come up on the screen and then disappear. Watched the counter closely and checked every number and never received my order.
I walked up at this point to find out what's going on and they threw something together real quick.

Burger was done incorrectly (I ordered at a kiosk too) and the fries were the wrong size.

Total elapsed time from order to receiving the incorrect food was 40-50 minutes.
