The food was cold, buns were dried out, and fries were old as well. There is no quality to the food and from other review it seems to be a consistent thing.

Burger is cold. Beef patty is 1/3 the normal size outside the airport. They forgot the fries had to request them.

Horrible place. My daughter ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget happy meal. They didn’t package it like a happy meal and just gave her in a paper bag. On top of that, there were only 4 pieces of nuggets. She was extremely disappointed.
Arrived before ten pm and was told I couldn't order because they had closed. After a canceled flight and now a delayed connection I'm not happy with being refused service.

The cost of making a 2 cheese burger a large meal is $0.75 more than ordering ala cart. That's an outrageous scam. Should be illegal.

Took them 20 minutes to make me a single breakfast sandwich then the manager was mad at me for asking if it’s coming. Terrible employee bahevior
Only got half the eggs I paid for. What gives?

Unfortunately it’s typical McDonalds food, except add the faster pace and frustrated flying customers. It’s not great. In a pinch it’s a cheaper option.

They yelled at us not to take a straw because the straw was in the bag but when we got to our car there was no straw in the bag

Sunday after Thanksgiving - ORD is busy, but this McDonald's ain't sweatin! Great service, food is hot made to order and put together. Manager and her team have like a million orders but are putting out at a consistent rate. I enjoyed my meal. Thank you Terminal 3 Concourse L McDonalds!
