Bad attitude of employees!! Service too slow!!

I had to walk away because the staff was extremely rude. They were chit chatting and laughing with each other. When we came up to order, we were ignored at first. Then they seemed to be annoyed and didn’t ever bother answering our questions about the menu. I read other review and It seems to be a systemic issue. I hope the management will read the reviews and do something about their employee’s attitude.

This is situated at the terminal 5 , Chicago airport and one of the good option for breakfast and quick bite.

When my drink tray tore causing our drinks to spill, the staff replaced them without my asking. For a McDonald's, that is better than expected customer service. Food was fine for a McDonald's as well.

Although the ordering system was broken, the staff responded quickly based on the kiosk receipt and had the food ready in no time.

Kiosk forces you to get the large collectors meal stating medium is sold out. When your turn comes the lady behind the counter says “we don’t have any more cups i don’t know why its saying its available” turns around and does not want to hear anything else. Complete scam

I bought coffee in the auto service kiosk, the attendants made my coffee and forgot to call my order number.
I waited for 15 minutes while other customers passed me until I asked them.
My coffee was on the counter, going cold.
