The employees at this McDonald’s location appear inattentive or under the influence. Orders are frequently forgotten, we were once given uncooked fries, and staff are often not in proper uniform. Management seems inconsistent and allows favoritism. Most concerning, we have seen roaches, which is completely unacceptable for any food establishment. This location needs serious improvements in cleanliness, supervision, and food safety.

Order through DoorDash. First driver waited too long for my order inside McDonald’s. Second driver waited another 10 minutes for my food. You would think if the food took this long and I live 5 minutes away I would receive HOT and fresh food. Instead I get dry nasty COLD fries along with all my good. To top it off the two ice cream sundaes I ordered look like they’ve been seating for more than 20 minutes. The managers overseeing this location shouldn’t be working there if this is the type of food they approve. This is nad quality food and looks bad overall for McDonald’s.

They here in a rush I couldn’t finish my order in the drive thru when I went up to the window I ordered an extra hamburger, the food didn’t even taste right and some of the fries weren’t even fully cooked.

Really rude worker and manager! Told her I was missing an item and she didn’t believe me nor wanted to give me the food that I payed for. When she gave me my food, the bag was halfway ripped. 12:19 am December 21, 2025

Everything here from start to finish feels unprofessional. From the drive through to getting food then to eating it. Buns most of the time are stale. You order a large fry? You get about the same quantity or less than that of a medium fry, with no salt. Shakes most of the time arent shakes, really just flavored milk, and then theres the issue of getting the correct flavor. You order online, get there, then have to wait an extra 10 minutes just to receive the food. If you want to do yourself a favor then go to the McDonalds down the road on Pulaski, never ran into any of these issues when I go there.

Didn't have certain items that I wanted , and when I went with my second choices , everything ended up coming out cold , the staff were ignorant and don't know how to talk nice to people.
I did a curbside ordered and waited for 40 mins just to have to go in and asked for the order. Looks like they forgot about my order. Fries ended up bland.

This place clearly doesnt know how to train their employees. The general and hiring manager can barely do their own job. Don't support this store, please spend your money elsewhere like a small business. If you want better service at a McDonald's, do yourself a favor and go to the ones in downtown. At least the ones in Downtown are monitored and maintained by the actual McDonald's corporation if you don't want to dine in a franchise McDonald's.
