Stole my points! Made an order at the kiosk for a free cone and the guy that took the order off the screen never filled the order. When I asked for my order and he asked for my receipt he refused to take a look at my points history proving I made the order not even 10 mins ago bc they’re kiosk never has any receipt paper in it. Never coming back to this location. Tables are filthy and greasy, and looking at their back area, just as filthy.

I ordered a double quarter pounder and a $5 meal deal shortly after 3:45 am. They forgot to give me my nuggets and McDouble for my meal deal so I returned to retrieve those items. I had no problem returning, but the boy working the window told me I was wrong and refused to give me my food. I paid and did not receive a refund or my food. I will never return to this McDonald’s, the boy working was extremely rude and confrontational.

If you are going to eat here. You should know two things. 1.- Your table neighbors will be homeless people who only occupy a table and also the bathroom is something other than a bathroom. 2.- There is no vending machine to refill your drink. I thought it was normal because of the criminals. And when I ordered it at the checkout they told me that I should buy another one. What is this??? A piece of Latin America or Africa on American soil??

Everytime these past few months Ive gone there all food always is cold never fresh. and now that i asked it fresh. they forgot a whole sandwich. yeah my fault on that part for not checking but how hard is it ? i know it isnt because when i worked there managers tried so hard to keep place at its best and now its the worst one. for sure make the drive to the mcdonalds at kedzie.

The truth is, it's a disaster. I ordered my food and I was missing my potato orders. There are a lot of young people and they just spend their time playing and laughing very loudly. I come to this place several times and it's always the same.
