Everything here from start to finish feels unprofessional. From the drive through to getting food then to eating it. Buns most of the time are stale. You order a large fry? You get about the same quantity or less than that of a medium fry, with no salt. Shakes most of the time arent shakes, really just flavored milk, and then theres the issue of getting the correct flavor. You order online, get there, then have to wait an extra 10 minutes just to receive the food. If you want to do yourself a favor then go to the McDonalds down the road on Pulaski, never ran into any of these issues when I go there.

This place clearly doesnt know how to train their employees. The general and hiring manager can barely do their own job. Don't support this store, please spend your money elsewhere like a small business. If you want better service at a McDonald's, do yourself a favor and go to the ones in downtown. At least the ones in Downtown are monitored and maintained by the actual McDonald's corporation if you don't want to dine in a franchise McDonald's.

Such a nice place for a terrible customer service, poor leadership and lack of organization.
I visited this place twice as an Uber Eats Driver and I received the same uncomfortable treatment twice by the same young man that packs the food. When I kindly asked for the order he just showed me the ticket name and gave me an upset face, he said no words, I noticed that he was giving the same treatment to other people as well. If employees at this location hate their job, please give the opportunity to someone else who is able to work under pressure. I also saw another employee by the conveyor area putting food in bags aggressively.

Basically what happened was that my husband was ordering the food in the drive thru but the employees where taking their sweet time on serving us and not only that but they didn't give us our ordered right and we are missing food going right now to reclaim
Did a DoorDash order, order is received but missing items . Called the store to speak to manager with no answer. Only option is to go in person , but that defeats the purpose of the whole reason for the DoorDash service. Get it together people!!

Probably one of the few McDonald’s I've visited that has limited seating, which was surprising. My order was ready as soon as I arrived, and the hash browns were very crispy.
