Worst McDonald’s nation wide their drive thru takes forever each time. Garbage service from the time you enter all the way to picking up your food. Not once have they been on time always late wait time 15 mins even if there is no traffic

I placed my order through the mobile app. When I arrived, they said my order was taking longer than expected. Then 10 minutes later the manager walks over and says they don’t have my order in their system. Instead of helping me remedy this situation, she said it wasn’t her problem and told me to go away. Would not refund me or assist with my order, and walked away. I will be filing a chargeback if this isn’t fixed, and will not be returning.

I stopped by here a little after 10:20am on a Sunday morning to grab breakfast with my son before a day of activities.
I placed order via mobile app for table service at 10:26am. I got the big breakfast with hotcakes and my son for the chicken biscuit combo.
Food arrived at 10:31am. It was fresh and tasty. While eating, I noticed a Krispy Kreme cart before realizing they receive donuts fresh daily that they sell. That is pretty cool and convenient.
It was a rainy day and I saw staff moping the floors and having necessary wet floor signs. I also witnessed the restrooms being cleaned. No complaints at all.

it’s open 24 hours, I tried to go at 2am but the doors were locked. I tried to order at the drive through but was told I need a car. This should not be advertised as a 24 hour restaurant if it’s not open 24 hours.
