Thanks for being a locally owned businessI ordered from here on a Friday night at 8:30 during the holiday season and the inside seating was already closed. The service was quick but the atmosphere was horrible. If I had known I probably would have ordered from Chick-fil-A down the street or somewhere else where I can sit down. Just an FYI. And this is after I accidentally ordered in the app and it was telling me I was going to be ordering from Foster when I was nowhere near there.

Went in to go buy food. Decided to not buy food because staff was unfriendly. Majority was the security guard. Need to use the restroom while walking into our hotel. Asked if he bought food because we were hungry if we could use the restroom and we were told no because they were closed. Which made no sense because we were told that we could order food but not use the restroom.

I came to this location 11/7/25 around 10:45p I ordered through the drive thru, I got my order and noticed after the first bite the snack wrap was raw!! I am so disgusted I called them they said no refund on replace its almost she laughed at my face I heard her giggling behind the phone zero customer skills! Please don’t order here!

Will never come here again!!!! Completely unacceptable, Manager issued refund but tried to say that this wasn’t mold.. showed me the bag to say that it wasn’t expired and the other bread was okay. Admitted that cooks don’t look at what’s being prepared to give to Customers, apparently they just prep it and send it on its way..

I am traumatized, worst McDonalds experience ever. Me and my hubs went to this McDonald's last night to celebrate my pregnancy , i ordered a double quarter pounder and i received a regular ham burger, to make it all worse they also forgot my ranch. when i went to confront the worker she stuck her tongue at me and told me that she doesn't get paid enough for this and then flipped me off. i woke up the next morning and i noticed i gained 12 pounds, what kind of trash do you put in your food. I'm never coming back there again. Yall also need to figure out the situation with the homeless man behind your building, kept begging for my food and disturbing my peace
