This location has some of the worst customer service, tablet order displayed Be cautious, as they often fail to provide receipts, bathroom access by receipt number. The waiting line is frustratingly long, and the presence of many homeless individuals can be unsettling. Additionally, the cleanliness of the inside dining area leaves much to be desired, with tables that are not properly maintained.

I never thought ,i would see.McDonals employees anoy about serving customers. I have left several messages on the comment line,and my phone calls have been ignorr,is this the new quality of service,that McDonalds approves ,there employees to use on any customer?

Too many people in here. The workers are too busy with drive though you got 10 people waiting on already done food and 2 cars in drive though and yet drive though people get they food first. why do I have to grab my own drink from behind the counter because they refuse to give me the drink I paid for. no napkins or sauce or straws either. Food was $12 for two cheeseburgers, Large Fry, and Large Coke. fries were not great, barely salty, and Coke was 60% ice, waste of money.

The service is terrible, the manager in the morning spends her time talking on the phone or she talks and talks with the others and they don't even take the orders, it takes a long time for them to take your order

They never greet the customers, they are always rude, they will see you standing there and can’t even say I’ll be right with you. When they do service you it’s with an attitude. It’s every shift not just one specific crew, they’re rude to the Uber and doordash drivers, then get mad when you ask for assistance
