I used to go eat here since i live in the neighborhood, but then I started seeing many homeless people, some crackheads/drug addicts, etc, In that McDonald's and they stay there for hours. They even use the bathroom and mess it all up, I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy my food. Honestly, i recommend staying away from this McDonald's if you are trying to eat there by yourself or with your family. Trust me, stay away from this McDonald's, a McDonald's more like in the suburbs would be better.

100% error rate at this location. Do not go to this location. Better spend your money at 3020 s halsted; worth the drive to be sure you get what you order. Straight up missing items every time. Awful.

They consistently mess up my order or never have my order ready when I order it via the McDonald's mobile app. The crew seems to be just interested in providing good customer service and don't seem happy at work. I suggest that the owner hire a new manager to manage the team because the crew apparently it's not being managed correctly and not subscribed that behavior breeds behavior.

I’ve gone here since I was little and to be honest, the ice cream machine has never been broken (given the fact I go a max of 3 times a month), so take that as you will. Other than that, the people are nice and the food is good.

It is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, everything is dirty, the staff is not friendly at all, the food is disgusting, the fries are cold, the hamburgers are messy, very, very different from the McDonald's outside of this area. The most amazing thing is the poor treatment of the staff, what a bad experience once again today 02/20/24

My son went to go use the bathroom, and when he walked in, he seen two men one had a needle in his arm, and the other guy was smoking drugs in the bathroom. I told management, and they seem not to care. They have good food and everything but too many drug addicts.

I often run into issues here, usually because of the app. Today, I used the kiosk to order for dine-in, but it prompted me for a table number I couldn't find. The cashier directed me, but there was nothing there. When I informed her, she said they were counting them. I asked what to put for the table number; she said 25. Later, a woman, likely the manager in a red-violet collar shirt, came out angry, yelled a number, and glared at me. When I approached her, I asked if they don't do table service. She confirmed and stuttered when I asked since when. I pointed to the cashier, mentioned our conversation, She answered me with okay. It's frustrating – if table service isn't available, why does the app and kiosk offer it? No need for the attitude. How was I supposed to know, especially when your coworkers seem unaware? As a manager, she should know better.
