We love eating out. Yesterday we arrived in this excellent restaurant which we didn’t know before. We spent a delightful time there with superb cooking and a courteous stuff and an impressive chief cook. We put this venue in our list and we will certainly return soon. We deeply recommend.

First off I hate when cashiers try to be sneaky. This location I ordered a sausage mcmuffin, two bacon egg and cheese biscuits, then two hash browns and two orange juices. Well the lady at the counter rung me up for two meals and one sausage mcmuffin sandwich. She never asked if I wanted meals or being put into a meal instead of separate. Besides I was ordering a sausage mcmuffin for my coworker who also wanted an orange juice and hash brown. Then when I went to let them know about it they kept trying to refuse to fix it by saying that the biscuit sandwich isn't apart of 2 for $4 when not only did the app show it but they had a sign right behind them. Then they tried lying saying it's only the mcgriddle when I pulled up the app to make an order and it valued out as a 2 for $4. I'm honestly disappointed with this location and I don't think I'll ever get anything again from there. Management needs to learn some things about what they offer at their locations and their staff needs to learn to listen to what customers say and not try to be sneaky adding stuff in that people didn't order trying to make them over pay.

Caffeine, at a reasonable price, usually draws me in while waiting for the train. Normally it's a caramel frappe, but on a cold windy, winter day a soothing warm version fits the bill. Never had a bitter cup.
Ordered two 10 piece McNuggets and both of them only had 9 in them. Very sad. Very hungry still.

The morning staff are very friendly. But what more can I say? It's a McDonald's in downtown Chicago. It's pretty clean and full of the new gadgets. Food is done pretty well. I like going here every now and again.

I call this unique place often since I enjoy the ambiance that is unique to this place. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably welcoming and qualified. The service is very quick. Also, the food you eat is excellent. I came many times and I was always pleased. The cost is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.

Come in with my 6 yr old daughter 10 mins b4 closing to eat. Of, course she then needs to use the washroom, the manager told us she couldn't use it cause they were closing in 10 mins. I just laughed and ignored her. Nice customer service
