the management needs to do something about the homeless at this location. today someone pissed in the lobby making the place smell disgusting. feel bad for the employees here. either chicago police or a security guard is needed here at all times

Management here is really terrible. I often see her treating black customers with lack of respect. She will withhold orders and tell people to leave based on how they look. People complain that there are people outside asking for change or food but they are non violent, respect a no, and are literally humans hungry yall need to get your priorities straight.

Pretty great quality for McDonalds food wise. Incredibly bad in atmosphere as I have yet to order without another non-customer asking me for food or money. One also grabbed me. This location does nothing about it. If you go here, be ready to order something quick and leave as soon as possible.

This Location is nasty, a bunch of crack heads begging for food inside the establishment. I've seen multiple fights over the times I've visited, the bathrooms are almost NEVER available to customers, or they would take forever to open the restroom door if it's actually working that day.... and the cherry of it all is, one or two employees who work in the morning shift are very rude. Great way to go McDonald headquarters, very DEI from your part, perhaps careless.

Always dirty, some employees are rude to the customers to but won't say any to the people in there begging or past out on the tables. Smells funky makes you even loose your appetite, at times I've walked in to pick up lunch and just walked out because of the smell. It use to be a little better when they had security at least it was easier to find a table. Now the homeless have taken over all the tables and are very aggressive. If you're feeling adventurous come check out this McDonald's but no guarantee on safety you might get punched or yelled at for not buying a homeless person food.
Good morning I walked (just now) 11/13/24. I walked in and was standing in line so I thought I see the counter on my left with the cash register then on my right another counter where this (non black), no disrespect I choose to use this term instead saying their race because I cannot tell the difference. Also, she is on the right side and I see different people on the kiosk. I ask a question do I have to use the machine in order to be serviced. She asked me did I use the machine I said no I am asking a question. She says no and pointed to the left I said okay. I stepped over waiting. She just kept on on the right side calling the numbers out out. Then I see another worker step up not on the opposite side to take my order but calling off the ticket numbers. The heavy set lady didn't need help at all, now she steps over but instead of taking my order because I had standing in their three to four minutes she proceeds to take someone else's order. So, yes I walked out she knew I had been standing there waiting to order but instead of her doing what I would have done what she should have done was say to the other customer excuse me she was in line. Thank you

I ordered 6pc nuggets using a promo and the nuggets were cold, soggy and NOT crispy at all. I requested ranch sauce and got bbq sauce smh. I’m 36 years of age and this was THE worst McDonalds I’ve ever had!

Manager jessica or whoever runs the place wearing a blue shirt hispanic lady. Really rude second time coming because I live in the neighborhood. I’ll never come here again and she didn’t about being . I just asked how much longer after I ordered before everyone and waited 10 min. I know Mc donald’s but in the DT area you would think they would be a little bit more professional. Won’t go there.
