I ordered online and in store pick up on Christmas Day because on the app it showed it’s open, but when I got there it was closed. They didn’t turn off the app and continued accepting orders and charging money. Later I contacted customer service but this restaurant never response and refund!! Very awful experience

I ordered (through Uber) an egg McMuffin meal… I got a plain English muffin hashbrown and no milk! I mean, seriously! How hard is it to put that meal together? I worked at McDonald’s when I was 1735 years ago I could do it behind my back don’t bother with this store.

It is an excellent option, however for those of us who are tourists it is important to know that this place is not visible on the street, how can you find it? The key is to enter the building past the revolving doors, up the escalators and there you are.
Could not even find this place. Entire building was locked.

Typical McDonalds location, quick service and this location actually has better tasting food than many of the other ones in the area. My only complaint is that the coffee I got during my stay at the Hyatt Regency nearby was consistently old (I visited 4 times during my visit). Otherwise, what more can you ask for?
