Fast, easy and you know what to expect cause it’s McDonald’s in the USA. If you wait long chances are it’s busy (not their fault) or you messed up (not their fault and probably your fault). Terminal B food options are pretty bleak, McDonald’s is at least the devil you know instead of the one you don’t.

I recently stopped by the McDonald's at Chicago Airport for a quick bite and ordered a few chicken nuggets and burgers. While the food was edible, it didn't stand out as particularly exceptional. The chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside but a bit bland on the inside. The burgers were average, with the usual McDonald's toppings.
