Ordering and getting my food was quick enough but on inspection multiple fries were missing as well as both the milk and apple pieces from my kids happy meal. When I queried it they went back and got one of the fries but nothing else.
I didn't have time to argue so went to my flight but they missed more items on this one order than I've had in total over about 30 years of going to McDonald's locations otherwise.

Quick and accurate service. Friendly staff. Food was hot. It was much better than I usually get service-wise from a McDonald’s.

How can people eat this extremely unhealthy food? No wonder cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of death in America.
Standard McD, but I decide on the snack chicken which is of excellent quality. Real chicken (breast fillet).. different from Brazil where Mc uses ground chicken…

Excellent Service, the screen to order food yourself is very fast and easy to use. I didn't have to wait more than five minutes to get my food. Excellent treatment.

It is not 24 hours as McDonald's says. The restaurant is after security, and security is not open 24 hours. Therefore you cannot access the restaurant.

No Mc Chicken at this location
And after seeing other people’s reviews,
The shameful shrinkflation on the portion of fries is abhorrent
16 minutes from ordering until I got my food (filet of fish meal). Had to return to the counter because they didn't put fries or napkins in the bag.

Inefficient service. Burgers are very thin. Fries were limp and soggy. The only thing was the diet coke.

Absolutely incredible filet o fish at this location. Rare these days to encounter a good McDonalds and I’m by no means a connoisseur but somehow this particular mcdonald’s in O’hare makes a meal that kind of feels like the first time you ever had it as a kid. A delightful treat. Super crispy diet coke too. Give Filet o fish a chance and watch your life improve. Let the malice in your heart for United Airlines melt as you snag another fry or mcnugget.

Want an expensive burger that’s slow and with workers that don’t care to be there? Congratulations you have found it.

Avoid ordering here, everything I'd higher than normal McDonald's, the fries and drinks are in smaller containers than normal, and the don't sell mcchickens for some reason.

Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets with Honey sauce. Had to ask for Honey when I picked the order up and they threw Honey Mustard sauce in when I asked for regular Honey! How hard is that? This is why I don’t like McDonald but it is the only quick place near my gate.
Check your order before you leave the counter!
