Absolutely incredible filet o fish at this location. Rare these days to encounter a good McDonalds and I’m by no means a connoisseur but somehow this particular mcdonald’s in O’hare makes a meal that kind of feels like the first time you ever had it as a kid. A delightful treat. Super crispy diet coke too. Give Filet o fish a chance and watch your life improve. Let the malice in your heart for United Airlines melt as you snag another fry or mcnugget.
Fast service. Not very personable. The food was tasty as expected. The location was super convenient and we were lucky there wasn’t a line. Pretty price but to be expected for airport food. I’d eat there again if needs be.

Disappointed to find that the McChicken sandwich and the Spicy McChicken were unavailable at this location. Additionally, the inability to earn or redeem points was puzzling and took away from the experience. Opted for the Filet-O-Fish, but it didn't quite meet expectations. On the positive side, the order was received surprisingly quickly, within less than 10 seconds, although the menu limitations and lackluster food quality were a downside.
