The people are generally nice but one star due to the typical airport price gouging. O'Hare should take queue from airports that charge street prices for food, etc.

Last time I flew I ate at McFat It made me feel sick all the way to Denver. Today, I picked up a sandwich at the gas station on the way to the airport. .much better and cheaper. Wishing there were healthier options in the am at Ohare.

Today gets a 5 star due to the fact this kid name Raul was bussing his a** for every customer. here's my review I'm a flyer here at O'Hare often and I always visit this McDonald's now my background is African American and it's sad Everytime I visit the person thats the runner is usually African American and the service is terrible now I'm not trying to make this a race war but this kid name Raul who I believe is Mexican was getting the job done 100 percent from here you go sir, what would you like how may I help you, have a great day while helping other employees this is the type of service that will keep me coming back I pray someone in the corp office see's this and pay's Raul a visit with a good reward today's date 11-11-2017 time was around 3:40 pm Thanks again kid

11 mistakes in an order for 6 people- how is that even possible? The other locations in this terminal are better. Also, they add 5 times the salt of the other locations here.

It's McDonald's. The food was fresh. Depending on when you go there may be lines but that depends on flights arriving. I had no issues. Folks were nice. I like the green coffee mugs for recycling. Have not seen those before. Switches at 10:30 from breakfast to lunch. ;-)
