Great place to get a fast delicious meal at your layover! The food was warm and fresh, the wait took not that long in a very busy food court. The food court area it's in is super crowded, tables were always dirty. I had a table and these people rushed to it and tried and stole it from me when I touched it first. I recommend going to the McDonalds over by H10 that's not far away and less crowded, but not by much because it is ORD.

The airport should be a place to eat safely and hope that the restaurants follow safety standards. The airport McDonald's fail to do this. I've had to send food back because the cashiers handle money then go prepare or bag food without changing gloves. I will be posting this review on the locations I've had this experience with. I work at O'hare and I see this unfortunately too often.

Greasy, salty, just what I ordered. Burgers were hot and not smashed. Service was fast. The ability to complete an order via the app on my phone and have a completely contactless transaction is both convient and appreciated.

Worst part about fast food places is when they don't turn off the incesante alarm! Doesn't that mean something needs attention?

Their prices are 20 to 25% less expensive than at BDL (Bradley International, Hartford, Connecticut comparing most menu items) on the same day I traveled, for the exact same Egg McMuffin and coffee. You have to wonder why? Regardless, I was pleased. I really do not care, as I still think McDonald's Egg McMuffin (still made with a freshly cracked egg) and coffee (was Newman's Own, back in the good old day when Blue Eye's was still around, made by Green Mountain...and I suspect McDonald's coffee still is, or they stole/acquired the roasting methodology as the coffee still tastes the same, at least in the Northeast of the USA)... which McMuffin and coffee are the best across all chains and breakfast providers.... and I do not care about the price, but why would it cost 20 +% more in Connecticut. The answer probably has to do with our Great Connecticut government. They could charge twice for their straight coffee, but they don't. Another reason why McDonald's is king!
I ordered a Big Mac meal with extra sauce, extra pickle and extra cheese along with a large order of fries and a large coke. I received a regular Big Mac (with none of the extras) and a medium order of fries. At least they got the large Coke correct. The home of McDonalds Corporation is close by and this location needs some up training. Check your order before walking away.

You guys need to make it clear that this location doesn't do refills. That was a huge downer when we got denied and the clerk wouldn't even make an exception.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The worker was rude To a little Muslim girl who asked for water. She literally said we don’t have any water and walked away to serve me. I’m very upset and will never go to this store even if I’m starving.

Had a layover and grabbed a combo meal. Service was extremely fast and my burger was great. Better than I expected at the airport. The ladies working were fast and friendly.
