This has to be the worst McDonald's in the city of chicago i will never eat here again my burger was so dry i wouldn't feed it to a dog and the service was terrible they act like they running a backyard bbq

Ordered from here through DoorDash on September 24th at like 3am. Had it delivered to the hospital because I was in the ER with my mother. Food was cold and I had no drink. Went to the store at 4:32am. A worker who identified as Camille told me she was a mgr, proceeded to tell me the food was cold because of DoorDash. I told her I watched him travel with the food thru the app so that makes no sense. Then she proceeded to tell me I had no drink because I ordered a shake and the shake machine was off. Then I asked for the number to McDonald’s and she told me to check the website then I called the number and the line was busy. She was extremely rude and I will be writing letters up the chain.
