i placed a mobile order and chose to have curbside pick up. waited for 20 min and no one brought the order out. had to come in and picked up myself

This Mc Donald’s is horrid and very disrespectful. I have been waiting in line for a hour rounding up into 2 and my order hasn’t been taken at all. The customer service is terrible, nobody knows what they’re doing.
I came at 10:15 pm and was told they weren’t taking any orders because they had “no kitchen people”. No service. 🤷🏽♀️

This is slowest unprofessional McDonald's I have ever seen. Allowing people in here to sleep on the tables. Take forever for someone to show up at the counter, the attitude there is so dry, and they are not accurate with taking orders. The management isn't any better... Replace everyone, and try representing McDonald's correctly!!

Young lady wasn't at Wendy to take the money. Iam Doing a Survey for my Mother the gurl that took the order couldn't speak English. I been on the phone 17minutes and 29 seconds that's how long it took for a order in the drive thru and she had an attitude. Come on you all Trump is sending us back we need our jobs.

Why does this McDonald’s even exist. The service has always been non existent. Especially tonight where no came to the drive thru window to take orders. Whoever the owner is needs to do some employee reconstructing.
