First, the place is suppose to open at 5 and it was 7am and the door where you park was locked. I had put a mobile order to eat in and waited about 35 mins and nothing. The order was paid for and the table number was on the order. The woman in charge is going to tell me in a mean voice thats a mobile order and you were suppose to go over here and pick it up. I showed her my app and it said your order will be brought to table 177. She mumbled something in Spanish then went and got the order.it was terrible. What dies it matter if eat in is mobile or order inside? Does anybody look? 8hrs

Horrible experience horrible customer service horrible way of handling a situation that the manager acknowledged that they gave me the wrong order I order trough the mobile app I order the grinch meal they didn't have the dill pickle salt they gave it to me in a regular bag I ordered a large they gave me a medium the fries wasn't done and a dry big Mac no salt only pickles and cheese the young Hispanic girl that worked the drink thru window was rude so I didn't come back to get the right order instead I contacted customer service they told me that the store was going to investigate so I went back to the store I had pictures and the manager acknowledged that they have me the wrong order but didn't want to give me a refund because I didn't have the food I threw the food away and took pictures because I was told that since I ordered on line they would have to process my refund I stop coming to McDonald's years ago because it was always a problem on their behalf and never a solution always attitudes always nasty restaurants I re-download the app just for the grinch meal my mistake I'll never shop at mcdonalds again especially the one 600 s 115th in chicago Il 60628

Very bad service, first I had to wait for around 30 minutes for my first order, then they gave me the wrong order I asked for a docrtopeper and a coke a burger with no cheese and they gave me 2 doctorspeper and the burger with cheese, and I had to wait again for almost 30 minutes😡
