Went to get the Mcdonald land meal strictly for the collectable. Get home only to realize they didn't put the collectable inside. When I went back to let them know they forgot to put it in they wouldn't give it to me. Said I needed a receipt which they didn't even give me at the window. I'm very disappointed seeing as that was the only reason I bought the meal. They also didn't put the right toy in with the happy meal I purchased as well. Mcdonalds, you make billions of dollars and you honestly couldn't replace the collectable that was suppose to be in the meal to begin with? Shame
The staff is friendly and cheerful. They deserve a raise.

I took my kids there and as soon as we walked in they spotted the the play area. I told them to wait until I get there food because it was other kids there too. They had a blast.

The teenage workers, greeted by the guy in the tie (assuming a manger) were smoking a fat blunt in plain sight out in the parking lot as walked in with my kids. Whatever, people smoke weed. Then when i saw how filthy the play place area was on top of it so now im kinda mad at it.

We drive by 2 other McDonald’s that are closer to our residence to order and eat in the restaurant. This McDonald’s knows what they are doing; they are customer focused! We see the same group of customers every morning eating-in at the Restaurant. The owners of this franchise McDonald’s should be the model for all other McDonald’s. We drive out of our way to order from this McDonald’s at 103rd & Kedzie in Chicago. The staff is friendly as well as the customers.If there is any issue that is not satisfactory, the owner has their telephone number posted so that you can go straight to the top of the organization. Make no mistake: this is a well managed, clean, organized McDonald’s enterprise. We know because we have past experience at the McDonald’s Corporate Restaurant that was in OakBrook, Illinois, we know a good restaurant!!! We have no affiliation with McDonald’s, the owners and have not received payment for our opinions.

Very slow service. Food tastes either over salted or no salt. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours and the nuggests smelled like marijuana. Ive tried to give this place a chance but its not worth it. These workers have no respect for their customers or the company they work for.

Placed an online order ten minutes before showing up to store, line was not long so I figured it'd be ready. Proceeded to wait an extra 15 minutes combined between the line and waiting at the drive-up spot for my online order, which was missing items.

I ordered TWO ICED MOCHAS AND THE EMPLOYEES TOLD US THAT THEY DONT SERVE ICED MOCHAS WHICH I STATED ON THE APP. They gave us a cup of ice. I tried contacting since I wasn’t the one who picked up the order and they don’t answer the calls. Employees need to learn THE FULL MENU!! How are you going to tell me they don’t serve iced mochas when I’ve bought them before. Those employees suck and I need a refund.

UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT GET A CHANCE TO ORDER HERE. THE LINE WAS SOOOO LONG DURING MY LUNCH HOUR. IT WAS ABOUT 11:39AM OR SO. I JUST LEFT BECAUSE MAYBE THEY WERE SWITCHING SHIFTS OR SOMETHING BUT I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO FIND OUT.
If I could leave zero stars i would. I've been trying to call them for hours as the big macs we got had a odd taste & now we are both sick to our stomachs.. and their phone is on do not disturb as they are too busy... smh
Workers and staff are slow, and this location seems to be the only one that gets all of our orders wrong. Most times we just deal with it and don’t say anything cuz the staff are usually pretty unfriendly when it’s brought to their attention. If they’re not gonna give us the right amount of fries, they could at least give them to us hot and fresh and with more salt. I’ve worked fast food before, so I try to have sympathy. But it’s tiring at this point. Every location is bound to have its mistakes, but I would recommend avoiding this location in particular.
Don’t know whether this is a blessing or a curse. I eat McDonald’s less because of how disgusting this place is. It was a true miracle I didn’t get sick after witnessing an employee leave the bathroom stall without washing his hands and then immediately starts handling burger assembly. Place is also sticky and disgusting.
