unfortunately i’m cursed with having this mcdonald’s as my closest one so i go here to have somewhat warm food when i get home. It feels pointless, the food here is usually cold and somehow the fries never seem fresh. the staff here is awful too, they don’t even acknowledge you. i work retail so i get it, nobody wants to do a mundane job like this 40 hours a week but brother welcome to capitalism. usually i’m like whatever it’s mcdonald’s why would i expect good quality and super friendly people, i just want a cheap meal that does the job. i’m usually getting that somewhat. Today though? nah. giving me a regular big mac when i ordered a chicken big mac and saying nothing is insane work. i don’t expect much but cmon man. gonna just travel a bit further for a better mcdonald’s and reheat the food at home now.

I was there today Monday October 5th ordered from the kiosk. The machine didn’t give me a receipt this isn’t the first time to this location, but it will be my last. The machine didn’t give me a receipt. When wait in the line with no one I was not Acknowledged once for 5 minutes in front of the Register. After 10 minutes a young black female with pig tails red hair comes and asked me what my order was I let her know I wanted to pay cash cause I ordered from the kiosk she looked listed and didn’t know what to look for then tells me to wait a minute ok I wait for another 10 minutes she come back with a blue shirt woman that must be the manager she didn’t know what she was looking for I told them my name. She goes on to do something else and completely ignores me. I asked for a manager or the corporate number of the restaurant she didn’t know and laughed at me!! I asked for a manager and told me I had to wait till the manager gets there. This is the most unprofessional Establishment I have ever been to! Their system there is only to worry about the drive thru! I will be getting a hold of corporate on every level! Their employees that were work this shift at 5pm should all be fired! Or trained properly. No one should have this experience in a fast food restaurant. Like I said I will be going to corporate till I get to the person that is in charge of this facility! If this is locally owned you better work on their people skills when you train them there’s 10 people working in the back and not one is worried about people at the register!? 1 star if there was 0 star that’s what you deserve!

I'm not trying to be rude in my opinion I think they made a mistake but after a long after after practice I just wanted Large Fries, and that's what I got but there was no salt and the Dr.Pepper was Plain only sparking water.

I am actually thankful for the quick service and for the manager making sure to have me come back to get the latte I ordered replaced! I was impressed that my food was hot and that they cared enough to ask me to come back, since I received the wrong drink! Thank You 😊

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu for someone that is used to ordering this way can make tons of choices that are made without meat products!

Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is not the place to go if you have tons of dietary restrictions! However, you can always ask for sugar-free syrup or splenda or any other sugar-free items to eat! If someone's watching their calories there are always ways to add more or less of a condiment to make it healthier! Therefore, McDonald's does cater to many different dietary restrictions!

Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking here!

Kid-friendliness: I would say this McDonald's is safe and kid friendly! During the afternoon would probably be the best time or on a weekend to have a children's party!

Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice that this McDonald's is wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms are as well

I recently visited McDonald’s and had a notably disappointing experience. The cashier at the counter appeared disinterested and disengaged, making the ordering process feel like a chore rather than a service. Unfortunately, the experience only worsened with the staff member who eventually served me. Her rudeness and lack of courtesy were palpable, leaving a sour impression. The overall service was lacking in both professionalism and basic customer care, which made for a frustrating visit.
