Their door say 6:00AM, I was told the manager never on time so they open up at 7:00. The night manager seems stressed about this, so the two stars is because I see he trying but I’m upset I came all the way down here for nothing. They can at least change the google time.

Food was halfway decent nothing like how it's pictures look to entice you to choose a meal. The lobby was filled with young teens who were smoking and harassing the customers as they entered and exited the location. Sad to say management never asked them to leave the premises. Who wants to eat food from a restaurant smelling like an ashtray with Marijuana fumes? It's a bad look for business! Never returning back to this location.

The drive thru was full, cars out to the street, therefore I decided to park and go in. I ordered through the kiosk to save time. I ordered a mocha iced coffee with an espresso shot. It took at least 20 minutes to get, with people, including a man who spoke to me about getting to me soon, as if he was management. They all appeared to be just wandering around and filling their personal drinks. When I finally did get my coffee, it was terrible. I couldn't taste any mocha, not sweet at all and very, very little ice and I have no idea whether there was an espresso shot in it. Just terrible. I work in the neighborhood, but I will definitely make sure I don't have to go there again.

Bad customer service doesn’t take anything but uber eats orders at night got all the way in the front of the line to tell me they not taking orders now im stuck in line for almost 30 min

Southside restaurant is nice and feels like the homeland family of past years with friendships to remember and a social gathering spot to forever want for your own. If you keep drugs out the hands of fast food serving staff that handles customers foods then maybe we can gather in peaceful times and not war against each other because of the workplace duties that must be acknowledged unto the identifiable photographic evidence of human beings and material goods and the services must match of the officiants and agents of businesses and families that are affected by the acts of human kind whenever trouble is in the news reporting of tragedy. Let's dine together in peacefulness but don't put your free will in my way. I like the southside restaurant but competitive business is real so WATCH OUT FOR YOUR OWN LOVE AND HATE CHANGES. YOU WILL CHANGE IN TIMES OF WAR, NEVER FORGET WHEN IT HAPPENS TO YOU THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH AS IT IS THE WHOLESOME AND RAW TRUTH.

Wish I could give a negative 1000 stars. The absolute worse …..waited in a 20 minute drive through that I couldn’t get out of for a wrong incomplete order. The staff was horrible as well and did not want to give a complimentary drink for the wait…. Please don’t waste your time … go somewhere else!
