Arrived in the drive thru only to be told over the speaker that they were only taking Door Dash orders. So they were open but apparently not providing services. But I still had to wait 20 minutes behind a car waiting in an order DESPITE not having any food on the way.

At night I made online order at this location. When I came to pick it up Woodstock that they are not working right now. So I paid for service and didn't get anything. At least they say sorry

Waited 15 minutes and had to ask for my order, as it wasn’t on there board. They didn’t even mix in the Oreo pieces and it’s almost completely melted already. Guy at the counter was really rude.

Ugh, it pains me to rate this place so low, especially since I know the owners and worked there for ages! 😩 It's not their fault, it's the management! 😠 Closing the inside after all that remodeling is a bummer, but dealing with... *those* types... ruins it for everyone. 🙄 The current managers hire kids who don't care about customer service, and you can feel the bad vibes. 😒 I get it, I was a kid once! But Connie Williams and the owners taught me how to be great! Don't waste your time or money, this location keeps hiring lazy people who don't want to work. They don't want to do ANYTHING. Just Lazy smh

This restaurant has the worst customer service. Do not use the mobile app. They do not have the products that you order and will not refund your money for the items they do not have. They are forcing the consumer to choose another item that they did not order to replace the item they do not have. After three complaints to the manager and contacting the corporate office; They still refuse to refund your money.. There suggestion is to cancel the order and re-order without the items they don’t have. Well you have already been charged for the original order.The order can’t be cancelled. This is also found in the terms and condition of the mobile app. I will escalate this issue to the BBB and the Attorney General. Consumer Beware!

I ordered delivery online and you all basically just threw anything in the bag and called it a day. I didn't even order a pop and it spilled out on my order as well. Please do better if you dont have the item dont substitute what you want just give the refund. This McDonald's really sucked.

87th and state street yet again never ceases to NOT to disappoint!! Staff horrible! Stood in the lobby waiting for someone to take my order at 4:09p. Young Hispanic girl was at the register and then all of a sudden with no warning grabbed her belongings and walked out the door uggghhhh! Not a hair net in site just weave swinging from side to side! Do better JUST ghetto

don't go to i got some food with my friends and i needed a refill but they said we don't do refills at this location worst McDonalds and if you do go get a large size cup. Don't talk to the Hispanic people they are the people who told me that so do go to this McDonalds. The food was good but bad service one star
