Don't work too far and my meals are always delicious and accurate
The treatment is very dirty. The workers in this branch in particular do not understand anything about work. Their treatment is very bad and they are liars. 3 home style breakfasts cost $18 in all branches, including $22 tax. When you receive the meals, there are no waffles without meat. You ask them about the waffle and they tell you that you have to pay $6.64 extra. The bill is $30.50. In the end, the total is $37.14. I asked for a medium orange juice, but he brought a small one and forgot to add butter and jelly. When I asked for it, he yelled at me. The dirtiest treatment ever
Went through the drive thru. Able to order immediately, smooth transaction to pay and food was HOT and fried crispy 👍
Also gets my order wrong..
Just used the bathroom. Great
Ice cream machine always out of service
People that work there was rude.
Whoever owns this location, please do yourself and the community a favor either get more hands on with your staff and management or else your business will be ran into the ground. I stopped into this restaurant 3-26-2025 at around 6:23am.
I rarely ever patronize Mc Donald’s as it is but I had a taste for a biscuit with egg sandwich. The inside is closed and doesn’t open till 7am but the drive through opens at 6am, I don’t understand how that’s possible because I pulled up and parked the cashier was counting out her register as I approached the restaurant. Ordered at the window and the lady was very short. I inquired about the buy 1 get 1 feature and if it applies to the food I wanted, she said no. No problem. I proceed to order my food, a biscuit with egg no cheese and a hash brown. The lady rings me up for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a hash brown. I didn’t object to it, I figured it was probably how she had to ring it up because I didn’t see an egg and biscuit on their menu. I get to the window and pay, get my receipt and food, I ask for grape jelly and she says it’s in the bag. Then I find out it is exactly what the lady entered and not what I ordered. I honk my horn to get her attention and the lady comes back to the window and I inform her that my order is wrong. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she took the food, went to the back and came back I guess with what I asked for, no apology no customer service skills, nothing. I politely asked her for a refund and said I didn’t want it anymore. I wasn’t about to play the game of I think you over charged me or I hope you didn’t take off the sausage and cheese because I don’t eat pork and I am allergic to cheese. Craziest part about it all was that the manager in the pink shirt was standing behind her the entire time and didn’t intervene. I remember at one point you could barely get into the post office because the line used to be so long for this places drive through, now I barely see people turning into it. Please stay clear, don’t waste your time, breath, or energy on this place. You will regret it.
Food looks good but i had to throw away my fries because i seen the female worker in the brown hoodie make my fries after i we looked at each other coming out the bathroom stalls and she kept going, didnt wash her hands. Its valentines day approx 1230pm
I was waiting for my order at curbside pickup for more than 20 minutes. I had to go into the store to see what was happening with my order and it turns out that the first person who helped me didn't even know what my order was (which was already ready) and the manager is rude and simply didn't want my food to be brought outside. If they don't want to serve people outside the store for whatever reason, why do they have that option enabled? What a lack of attention to people there is in this store.

Hello, I placed a mobile order and arrived to the restaurant almost 10 minutes later to pick up the order. There was no one waiting in line when I arrived in the store . Several workers were near by and even turned and saw me standing waiting to be serviced. Not one person acknowledged me or asked can I help you for approximately 5 minutes. I only begin to say I was awaiting a pick up order when other customers began coming in and was addressed before me. I say all this to say customer service is of most importance. The drive thru was not busy because I came in from the parking lot and there were barely any cars. A simple hello, I will be right with you goes a long way. My guess is leadership or the higher ups in these companies could give a damn but this is what makes it easy for consumers like myself to stay away from establishments and eat at home. Regardless if I’m spending $5 or $500 I’d like to be valued as a customer. Speaking is free and should be apart of the training to acknowledge guest coming to spend money in your restaurants
They lame fr, bad attitude, close inside, and don't give your food right
Everytime I go here they always make my food as if they don’t want to be at work. My food should be hot when I get it and not feel as if I’ve been given food that’s been sitting too long. They put no effort into making others food. Now getting added to the list of McDonalds.
Didnt get all my food and you cant call them to complain
My fries were cold, and missing an item.
