I’ve had multiple visits where my order was incorrect, and each time I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. When I politely point out that my order isn’t right, the night shift staff often respond with attitude instead of fixing the issue professionally. I understand restaurants get busy, but consistent mistakes combined with poor customer service make this location frustrating. I hope management addresses order accuracy and staff professionalism, especially during night shifts.

I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru, after 20 minutes the app wouldn't let me cancel my order so I had to continue to sit, and after all that waiting the food was COLD and the fries were soggy and gross!

I was given the wrong food multiple times yesterday night, it’s not that hard to remember 2 double cheeseburgers.
Paid a whole dollar for a half a piece of cheese! When asked I got a rude attitude. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Service was exceptional. In a world with fast-food chains just trying to get you out the door, this particular McDonald’s was out of this world. I am particularly glad that the staff was so helpful with my order as well as swift and responsive to my needs. I am blessed to have come across such a great restaurant and look forward to my next visit. On my way to Indiana. It was perfectly situated right on the border. I felt the pleasures of both states in my midst

Ordered a cheeseburger meal in the drive thru and was told to pull around to the front. Two cars ahead of me and five behind me. I was the only car left. After 15 minutes of waiting went inside for a refund. Total chaos and no apology
