experience at McDonald's was poorly. I waited patiently in line, and after the person ahead of me finished ordering, I was next—except the employee walked away to assist another customer and didn’t come back to take my order for another 10–15 minutes. Even then, it took an additional five minutes before I was acknowledged. I understand fast food can get busy, but professionalism and basic customer service shouldn’t be overlooked. It’s important to treat every customer with respect, no matter how hectic things get.

Poor customer service in drive up lane. They took lane one people while lane 2 had to wait a lot longer over 10 minutes and by then 10 cars ordered while there was only 2 cars in lane 2. It needs to be monitored better .

This is what I expected from McDonald's
Check your orders. Drive thru or not you will have something missing or wrong dipping sauce. It's unfortunate its happening everytime I visited.
Staff is terrible and they always get the orders wrong in the drive through
