11/11/24. Just left the drive thru around 7pm whatever young lady was handing out food in the second window had the WORST customer service ever. The only time customer service is great is when 2 managers are on duty (a Mexican lady with glasses and a African American young man) Other than that service sucks here !

The lady that brings the food to the window early around 6am has gotten my order wrong several times and when I brought it to her attention after she repeated the wrong order back to me, she said "oh" with a very disinterested facial gesture. She never apologized for doing so. I will not be going back to this McDonald's.
Cashier at pay window decided to have a personal conversation for 10 minutes with car in front of me,obvious they knew one another. No other cars in front of that car to pickup window. This place is slow enough when it's busy. Aggravating to be forced to wait,when there's no need to. Order was also incorrect.
