Stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick meal and had a good experience! I ordered a Big Mac combo, and the burger was hot and fresh with that classic taste, while the fries were crispy and perfectly salted. Service was quick and friendly, even with a steady line of customers. The restaurant was clean and organized, making it easy to get in and out without hassle. A reliable spot for classic fast food favorites in the neighborhood!

I placed an online McDonald’s order and went to the drive-through. They cannot make my snack wrap before they decided to do shift change and that took 30 minutes and I had to cancel my order via the app. Do not go here. They don’t even have sweet tea they literally make unsweet tea and then put sugar at the window and stir it

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. I've moved 10 times and traveled to 4 different countries, so I've tried a lot of McDonald's. So I can say with full confidence that this is the most mismanaged McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of going to. The biggest issue is the drive through. One of the speakers is perpetually broken, and the people operating the second speaker take 30 minutes or more to even answer you. Not to mention when they do answer, they're incredibly rude. As if they're not the ones inconveniencing you. Even using UberEats or GrubHub won't help because they're just as dismissive with them. A delivery that usually takes 15 minutes can take up to 2 hours whenever I order from this specific McDonald's. The best that I can say is that the food is the exact same as all the other McDonald's. So save yourself the trouble and go to the McDonald's on Martin Luther King Dr. Whoever is the manager of this McDonald's ought to be fired. They're an absolute disgrace to the brand.

they take absolutely too long in here there was about 25 people in here and my friend ordered her food first so she’s gonna get less they take way too long. We’ve been here for 40 minutes.

I ordered. Never got a receipt. Then proceeded to wait 10+ mins for food that never came. There was no one you could talk to and the workers kept walking around not paying attention. The place was messy and the bathroom was gross. Will never be coming back here again!!!!
