I truly hate that uber makes you order from the location closest to you because when I tell you this is probaly one of the worse McDonald’s on the south side,but I gave them another chance because live not even 5 minutes driving from them. And my order arrived pretty quickly so tell me why was my fries cold, my burger was cold and they only sent me 1 of the apple pies I paid for. The only thing I requested off my burger was mustard but instead they sent me with 2 burgers with just onions. 2 plain double burgers with just onions. The burgers were also cold and poorly wrapped, I’m sure I will never be compensated for the 20$ I wasted but hopefully my review will stop someone from wasting their money

Do not go here PAST 3 pm and I cannot stress this enough DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS PAST 3 . THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK I was waiting 30 minutes because I wanted a drink then the guy just comes and stands infront of the cashier spot and goes “ is you go say your order” yal supposed to be nice and welcoming to yall business who ever yall have working past 3 Al they as need to be fired the food is Terrible do not get no meet past 3 pm it will not be cooked the fries always over cooked and cold they never call your order out they just assume you go know it’s yours when they put a bag there and they are so rude the lady in the back talking to someone on the phone and touching the food with no gloves and all they do is cuss all day everyday and be talking bad about they customers THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!!!

This place is so dirty! If you go inside , the floor , the counters, the workers( hands and clothes) are all dirty! Who is the manager? Also no one ever knows how to take orders and you end up waiting a long time. Disgusting!

This location is the worse, they don't read/know their own menu or will just give you whatever they feel like giving you. Why can't I get a double quarter pounder? Almost every time I come here I get a single and or the ice doesn't work or I Ordered a tea and it looked like tea but but it tasted like water.. I'm just gonna stop coming here needs to be shut down and rebooted with new a team the location on Ashland is far better
