Ive been to this location quite a few times and have noticed a dramatic change in the enviroment aswell as service. I saw a worker taking his time to clean the trim on the windows. I hope they keep this up.

The last 2 times I ordered food there the fries were cold. Also my call on order was not at the front and my number wasn't called so by the time they did give me my food from the back it was cold.

Tried to order food, door was locked, so i went around to front door. The foh was packed. People had been waiting for quite some time for service. Cashier kept walking away from register, so of course she wouldn't know who was to be serviced next. And was taking customers that had just walked in, so i spoke up. It gets to my turn and I try to order a daily double meal, no chicken nuggets. 🙃 she tells me it only comes with the nuggets now, so i said, just the sandwich and the fries, she then says she can give me the meal, and just keep the nuggets... I have worked since 4 am, and I am hungry. But I'm not stupid. Ridiculous. And horrible customer service.
