Very typical McDonald's, and very friendly service as well
Kiosks out of receipts, over 30 minutes for cold food. Go hungry before trying to eat here.
Long wait times but the quality is not worse than in the world outside the ORD secure zone. I did feel safe while waiting for my order, in large part due to the security measures one must go through to to access this location. High prices
Had a layover in this airport for three hours. Decided McDonalds was gonna be our best bet, obviously not expecting much. Ordered on the kiosk, only one was printing out receipts. I got my order, realized the lady didn't give me ketchup. Walked back up to ask for ketchup, she was nice and said yes and proceeded to put it in another customers bag. After getting her attention again I said that's not mine, she rolled her eyes at me and the turned back around and grabbed a handful of ketchup and placed it in my hand not so gently, spilling some packets on the floor. I get we're in an airport and it's busy, but I just wanted some ketchup.

Big Mac was not made correctly, soda & fries were fine
This location never opens on time. It is supposed to be 4am but they are always late and if you are on 5am flight forget about this location.
McDonald's in a large food court in Terminal 3. Fast service. Predictable food options & tastes.
The fact you can’t use points here, I thought I could avoid paying $8 for just a sandwich but guess not.

Extremely inflated prices and you can't save on combos, but they made it worthwhile by giving me double of each item I ordered. Ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers and 6 nuggets, received 2 mcdoubles and 20+ nuggets. Appreciate the workers fighting back against unreasonable prices.
It’s airport food so I knew it would be expensive but come on NO SALT on fries. Hair in food and rude manager. For the price we paid should of been everything perfect and the works need customer service skill classes
Staff was a bit rude. Need better training.

We were in a rush, just to have something on the plane 3 hrs flight.
I ordered a doble cheeseburger. I got a regular cheese burger. Fries were cold.
