This place is absolutely AWFUL and a waste of money. I literally said I wanted one patty on my Big Mac and they didn’t give me ANY. The mccrispy was incredibly burnt and tiny. HIGHLY recommend you stay away. I am so disappointed. Literally ruined my whole day.

Forget using your app, this cheap location doesn’t honor any of the Deals or your points. They charge more and give you less. Large order of fries is much smaller than other locations.
I guess they get away with it because they are in the airport.

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Terminal 3 during a layover and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at an airport. Alexis took my order and was super friendly even though it was really busy. Everything came out fast, accurate, and he made the whole process way easier than I expected. Shoutout to Alexis for making a hectic travel day a little smoother.

Come on McDonald's! This is an international airport and you can't provide customers with milk for a cup of tea unless they pay for it?? Absolutely ridiculous! At a branch upstate in Michigan, a lovely employee gave me a small bottle of milk, at no extra cost. Now that's customer service, unlike the guy who wanted to charge me at O'Hare. 🤨

aug 8.25. 3 hour layover, ordered. asked for bag, no bag. all incomplete. asked for ketchup, mustard straw. left went to my far.end gate only to realize.the caramel fudge wasn't there. walked back, male asian with glasses i think
.denying it, then saw.the fudge at the far end, blamed.me.that I forgot it. gave it to me asked for bag, . no spoon. when I held.the fudge it all.squirted out of the cup, coz it has melted and to.avoid it my fries fell. service sulks.

Placed an order, waited almost 30 minutes for them to tell us they never started it. Almost missed our flight waiting. Don't risk eating here

Failed to serve a third of our order, and what they managed to serve was poorly made even for mcdonalds standards. One of the sandwiches didnt come properly wrapped and was floating freely away from the wrapping paper. We cant even submit a feedback because they also didnt bother to give a receipt and all the information we need to fill a survey is on the receipt.
