Horrible experience. Management and staff literally can't read English. That's why they always get the orders wrong. Then when I brought the burgers to show the manager, she threw away two of the burgers, and then showed me the top of of another burger saying is was correct. I had to rip it apart and made her take the ones out of the garbage so I could show her the mistakes. Just don't waste your time here, there are so many reviews and it doesn't look like McDonalds cares what is going on here either, never going back here or to any other, can only imagine how McDonald's handles the rest in the area. Place already smells of negligence. The taco place across the street is best.

Ordered my food on the app 15 minutes prior. After pulling to the window they made me wait an extra 15 minutes just to get my food that was cold. Whats the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait.

I went today they said they was closed the side door was locked but it was customers was eating in the inside. They said only drive through was open but no sign was posted about them being closed

This place is terrible, food is always old, never some what fresh, i get that you have to watch how much food you waste and toss at night and not to mention to save on labor but man if im spending 50 pluss dollars i would expect the food to be decent i know its not fine dinning but for the love of god set some standards..

Horrible experience, I had ordered in the app 10 min prior and they still made me wait 20 min. Not only did they make me wait, but they had cancelled my order as well. I’m not the type to write bad reviews anywhere, but this staff wasn’t it. Both girls on the counter gave me attitude and one of them cancelled it from my phone. I don’t understand why treat a customer like this. Crazy work.
