One of the better McDonald’s in the area. They mess up less but they still on occasion mess up. Food tastes good tho at least. Just wanted a deluxe chicken and had to ask. Also didn’t want the spicy one so it had to be redone. But was done quick and the rest of the food was quick and right. Still the foods good. Service people are like other McDonald’s people. They are ok but need to work on their customer service. Nicer mcd workers tho that I’ve come across.
Would come in cuz they are willing to fix issues if they come up. And are at least semi decent.

Service is incredibly slow. Doesn’t matter if you go in person or order from uber eats. It’s slow! Don’t waste your time here.

For 1 burger meal and 1 kids meal I was wait more than 35 minutes time wasting location
Me and my family have been going to this McDonald's for years. Our orders have been incorrect several times and we just let it go. This time I wasn't letting it go. I was picking up food in the Drive-Thru. They asked if I wanted a receipt for my order and I said no. I didn't think I would need one. When I got to the window I asked the girl if everything was in the bag and she said yes. So I get home and give my parents the bag of food and they start eating. I ask where the rest of the order is and they say that's all there is. I was missing a double burger, strawberry pie and my order was wrong. All I wanted was a credit for the items I didn't get. I called the store and told them what happened. They put me on with the manager. He told me I must bring back the receipt and food. I told him I didn't get a receipt and my parents who had just eaten there that morning had already started eating. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. He got all snotty and started saying how do I even know you came to this McDonald's without a receipt. I told him he could look up the receipt. I told him what time I was there, what I ordered and what the total was I told him I asked the girl if everything was in the bag and she said yes. He basically called me a liar. What a disgrace of a manager. I've been managing my store for 9 years and would never speak to a customer like that. I don't know where you found this jerk but he just cost you some very good customers. This happened on Tuesday night around 715 on March 11. You need to get rid of this man. It doesn't say much about your employees also since this is definitely not the first incorrect order. You should give every customer a receipt automatically if you are going to mess up their order. There are plenty other a McDonald's around who would appreciate a good customer.
For the many reasons you shouldn't support mcdonalds. Here's another one for the list. I went in this past week to ask permission to hang a flyer of my missing dog. The manager said yes and the very next day it was taken down! We know how important community is here and we've all had shit to say about this mcdonalds but I'm done with this place. DONT GO HERE
