I went through the drive thru ask for a double quarter pounder with cheese with no pickles pull up to the second window got my food fast and I said that's to fast because I use to work at McDonald's and the quarter pounders burgers will always take time to make they probably just put the stick on box and handed it out I had to throw away the burger because I'm allergic to pickles

The old lady that takes care of the playground area is so rude. She comes in screaming at any little inconvenience the children do! Mind you there is children in the area which is so unprofessional for her do act this way. Around 7:05 she comes in screaming once again saying that the room will close at 8 pm on the dot! Right before 8 we start getting the children ready, mind you we have 3 and itās 20 degrees outside. We are putting their jackets and cleaning our area when she comes in at 8:05 saying we went over time and that she had told us clearly it closed at 8. We are heading out when she covers the exit with a big trash can. We have 2 toddlers and a newborn trying to exit the playground while moving the trash can which was so uncalled for and had no reason to do so! I would rather take a longer drive to a different playground area than come back to this one so unfortunate! Please do better, thereās a respectful way to talk to the customers rather than coming rude in front of children!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! Canāt even get your order right I spoke to them in English and Spanish and they still got my order wrong and they had the audacity to give me a negative attitude in front of my kids,how nice isnāt ? Way to go with their āCustomer serviceā .

I just wanna say whoever worked Monday morning may 5th around 7am. AMAZING ICED COFFEES!! Best one Iāve have in months. Give that person a raise :)
