This establishment has some of the most hostile and disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered, especially towards paying customers. The management should be held accountable, as they are clearly responsible for fostering such a negative environment. I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible , very unprofessional and cashier did not know how to work the front , she was very rude very disrespectful her attitude was the worst . Before we where leaving we asked for bqq sauce and a refill and the lady didn’t even wanna help us and sent someone else to come tell us no for bqq sauce and for the refill I would not recommend this location to anybody they’re the worse and very disrespectful . 0/10 fast food experience!

Had the nerve to charge extra for sauce and the audacity to be more expensive than other nearby McDonald's .but when I tasted my sprite it was literally seltzer water. I will never come back. Don't waste your time.

I usually get my food here after a long day of work, I get customer service I understand how hard and tiring it is point blank period. What I don't understand is the attitude even after both me and my mom were being nice to the drive thru cashier, if we're clearly not yelling at you or being mean to you/ having atittude there's no need to give me attitude. Usually the cashier at the drive thru in the past have been so nice but recently I don't why there's a need to keep repeating "don't do that again". We could not reverse in the car line or go through in time so again we understood and tried to cancel the order just for this girl to say "no om saying I will let it happen now but next time my manager will not let it happen", I UNDERSTAND which is why I'm confused why I'm being given attitude and told this 2-3 times again repeatedly. I get long days and night shifts are hard but I don't think the bad energy should be given to customers who understand and have a good atittude. This was quite literally the first time I have ever came to the window to ask a question and I feel like I'm being scolded at when I never complained in the first place and even offered to cancel the order nicely. It seems like this girl was going through a power trip of trying to make us feel ashamed... Like girl I understand I know what mistake I did, what I don't understand is why you're giving me a dirty atittude and nasty look when I'm prob one of the nicest people in your drive thru.

Rude manager in this McDonalds, instead of solving the problem he just starts yelling. And they are not even able to apologize.
They don't even know how to make coffee, I took coffee here twice and came back twice because they wouldn't give me caramel and vanilla in my coffee, even though I added it.

Today, August 18, 2024, I went at approximately 9pm and had a horrible experience. And my husband ordered a $5 dollar combo. He doesn't know how to pronounce some things well in English but he clearly said a combo of $5 dollars and the person who was receiving the order through the self-service when he went to charge us charged a combo of 10 nuggets I thought I heard wrong but when my husband handed me the message I told him to tell him it was wrong. He became defensive and even told my husband in a bad way "next time tell me before I charge you." My husband only asked him if he could correct it in a good way and just change it to what he wanted. She just gave him $4 and closed the window. He didn't even give us a new receipt or anything. What it was is being discriminated against for being Latino and not knowing how to pronounce the language well and being treated badly for that. My husband is Mexican and I don't understand when she repeated the order since she was a white woman and spoke very quickly. We only knew when she gave us the order. We tried to call the store to report what happened and no one answered us.
