Is this location open? There was a huge fire spilling out the top of the bldg this morning. I couldn't even see to drive thru the smoke on Harlem.

The manager and the cashier their at drive threw was so mean and rude she’s starting disrespecting me and saying what what at my face please fire the cashier she think she something I didn’t said anything and they they were charging me 55 cents but on the paper there it’s says 45 cents she’s a Latina there thick Latina soo mean
Placed order on the app and upon arrival was told they don’t have my order. Though I had a screenshot of my order confirmation they were very rude and unwilling to help. The manager and associates are the worst I have seen of any McDonald’s. They said they have no control over the app and asked me to dispute the charge back with my credit card company. Ozone top of it to pay for the food again and unable to used my rewards that I used on the initial order. Worst customer service ever!

This establishment has some of the most hostile and disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered, especially towards paying customers. The management should be held accountable, as they are clearly responsible for fostering such a negative environment. I will not be returning to this location.
