So I go through the drive-through and I request having a double cupholder and this employee feels compelled to give me her opinion on how I don’t need two of them rather than just doing her job and giving the customer what they’re asking for. Then, after giving me the second cupholder, she hast to throw another two cents of hers and by saying “ now you’re safe”First of all, I don’t owe you an explanation on why I want Two cupholders put together… just Do Your Job (Which is satisfying the customer) and secondly, that’s why you’ll do nothing but work at McDonald’s the rest of your life… right where you’re standing today!

How miserable can the owner of this franchise be to not offer drink refills. McDonalds earns 1000% on drinks and this restaurant denies refills. Also, the employees have no idea what it is to smile and they are very rude, is not only the mediocre service, is the way they treat customers too. Mediocre services, mediocre employees, mediocre food… we will never return.

Every time I come here, the staff has been so rude, and ironic part is they’re rude to me when they are the ones who messed up my order twice.
Waited almost 20 mins for my order (was eating inside and waiting for someone to bring my food, I grabbed the number and placed it on the tablet), went to the cashier to check on my order and found it just laying at the pick up desk. They forgot to serve fries and sauces. Waited another 5 mins for my fries. Def net the best

Horrible. horrible customer service. They refused to give me my order claiming it didn’t “exist”. Then i asked for a refund and even then they refused. They gave attitude to my father and i, i am highly disappointed with this service, i have never had this issue at any Mcdonald’s before.
