Walking by, I picked up a happy meal for my son - the staff was short with me BC I wanted to get the 6 piece chicken nugget meal and they couldn't do it (I still don't understand why not), but not outright rude and they even brought out the toys for me to select one that my son did not already have. The nuggies & fries were hot and the apple juice was cold. Food was a right, service could be better!

This place is on my walk to work. I go here every now and again when I feel like eating something quick in the morning. The Frappes are also great to drink. The self-kiosks by the window make it easy to put your order in, especially when you want to add tomatoes and take off the Canadian bacon fro your McMuffin (kind of wish you would get a credit for not having the meat put on the sandwhich). It's a pretty small location so it can get a little crowded by the area where you wait for your food to be served. There is usually always a homeless guy there each morning asking for change. Overall decent experience.

Very disgusting, uncleanly staff, rude. Never understood this. If you can't handle making $15/hr to put a sandwich in a box, go get another job. There also needs to be a police officer or security in here 24/7.

Not bad and convenient location. The staff are trying to work, but some of the look very tired and rude. The coffee is good but the food is definitely not for me (the burgers taste like unsalted rubber)

Food was rancid. Had to throw away the whole meal as everything tasted bad. Fries were cooked in old grease and the burgers were terrible! Go to the 23 n Clark or the one at Adams and wells instead.

ATROCIOUS customer service even for a McDonald's, and given the prime real estate location at the heart of Chicago's Financial District (next to the Board of Trade building), one would expect much, much better. This location offers ZERO fountain drink machines accessible to the public, and when you ask behind the counter for a free refill for the $1.59+ Coke, you are asked to spend an additional $0.56 cents. Note that the refill itself costs the restaurant owner pennies. In addition, they charge for condiments (????? - see attached sign). For a much better experience, go to the 23 S. Clark location, a few blocks north, which is far friendlier, nicer / cleaner, and offers free refills AND ketchup. The owners, in an attempt to squeeze every penny out of their location, have forgotten what good customer service means.
The staff are very nice and the restaurant is very clean.

The morning staff are very friendly. But what more can I say? It's a McDonald's in downtown Chicago. It's pretty clean and full of the new gadgets. Food is done pretty well. I like going here every now and again.

I call this unique place often since I enjoy the ambiance that is unique to this place. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably welcoming and qualified. The service is very quick. Also, the food you eat is excellent. I came many times and I was always pleased. The cost is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.
