The blonde manager is rude. I come here every day for a coffee and Iâm always allowed one refill on it and this lady wouldnât do it. Everyone else does this but she just flat out rudely said ânoâ. If youâre gonna work customer service, donât be rude when asked a question, especially when no one else bats an eye about it.

Waited 25 minutes for the order at the drive through, I understand that youâre short staffed but to keep people waiting in a drive through line for 15+ minutes plus you guys get my order wrong like usual is completely unacceptable & ridiculous, will be filing a complaint in the morning, I will NOT Be Returning to this McDonaldâs.
