This place is horrible and the manager, angelus Mendez (maybe? Because she didn’t want to give me her name) is the worst. I had a free happy meal, I provided TWO codes which somehow were invalid, I provided the QR code which somehow was invalid, I showed her the screen where I had the 6000pts deducted for the happy meal and she still told me there’s nothing she can do. She kept telling everybody to go around me and that I can stay and waste my time but there’s nothing she will do. After asking for her name, I asked for her supervisors name which she REFUSED TO GIVE ME!! I left without getting anything because I’ll never give my money to a place that acts like they didn’t choose to show up to do their job. Completely gross and unacceptable. I will be complaining to corporate as well.

Horrible customer service, tried to scam me out of a free mc chicken with the app points had to show the manager multiple times and count out the number of mc chickens until they finally gave it to me when the attempt to charge me for an extra one with a smart mouth I’ll give to you free this time when it’s literally paid for and shows rewards on it.. no need for bs waste of time and terrible service and management. Will be contacting corporate ty

They all started when I first came in acting like I was bothering her to work and do her job. I never had an experience like that ever before in my life going to this McDonald's I've been going to this McDonald's since I was a kid and I felt so disrespected I'm getting attitude eyes rolled I didn't do anything to nobody I think she was being racist to be honest and she was trying to act like she didn't understand anything I was saying and then I asked her if she wanted me to speak in Spanish and she's like no it's okay in English and I'm like okay and she's like did I have a bad day I'm like no I didn't have a bad day I just don't like the way you're talking to me and treating me her name is Norma if that was her name. it's kind of sad.

They really are trash here. Just placed a mobile order 20 minutes in advance. Got to the store in 10 minutes, waited in the car for a couple more minutes. Went in to get my order, and literally had to wait for an additional 10 minutes. If you cant have an order ready with a 20 minutes head start. You are incompetent and shouldn't be working in a customer service industry. Then to top it all off the food was cold and tasty nasty. Like rotten nasty. My wife threw up after several bites.

I like it here the only downfall there is in there that there are some people that are not very friendly but the rest of the staff they are amazing they're wonderful have the place itself is great
Paid a visit early on a Sunday morning to try out their new spicy sausage and egg McMuffins and they were pretty good, albeit just a bit pricier than anticipated (almost $16 for 2 spicy sausage/egg McMuffins and 2 hasbrowns). Drive-thru service was friendly and quick, although I was the only person in line at 0600. The McMuffins were so good they had me howlin' at the moon. Cheers!
