Ordered my breakfast and I gave 10 dollars and my receipt said a total of 7 but ig the workers do not know math because they gave me 20 cents. They basically stole 3 dollars! I'm very unsatisfied with them, and I will not be coming to this location again.

Well, until they started screwing up my orders. Wrong type of soda, missing things I ordered. Not sure what went wrong, but there's another one on Cicero that I'll be visiting more often.

Whenever I get curbside pick there are cars parked in the numbered spots. The closest available spot 5th spot. Apparently workers at McDonald's do not know how to count past 3, as I was waiting 15 minutes for my food which is unacceptable.

Worst service thru drive thru I had ordered food and I asked before I paid for a additional bag for fries to put them seperate bag and once I made it to next window a gentleman by the name of Edgar who disclosed his name no name tag and refused to give me his name once I asked for a bag he brought one and I asked him paper bag and he grabbed the other bag and did a smurk and crumbled it up with anger and attitude and tossed it then he brought me the one I asked for and Almost tossed at me I understand there a line but treat ur customers better. When I asked speak manager he said she busy she can’t come . I’m so disappointed at this restaurant and I will not ever come back or recommend it to anyone .. no stars for this one ..

The man bathroom urinal is always clogged, it was some kind of stuff in my soda and when I confront of the manager about replacing the soda he refused to change the soda, he claim to be the manager, The self-ordering machines never got paper they questioning you for your receipt which the machine not giving you one, there are two tables always taking by homeless. And when you always confront the manager, he always give you attitude and tell you if you don't like it leave. I don't think he should be working in this job.
I'm back a week later and it's the same homeless clock bathroom, I don't think this manager is doing a good job.

Apparently they only take cash at night. A this is probably my 4th canceled order here for no reason. This place used to be the best. They burnt everything out of spite. Horrible management of this crew.

Apparently the manager Nora operates the only McDonald's in Chicago that does not honor survey promotional coupons.
Nora was completely disrespectful and rude, and it's understandable how they continue such poor business practice and intolerant service when their is literally no one you can report it too.

I use to good to this location alot with my son.
I noticed now their prices are 15% to 20% higher then other McDonald's locations 10 minutes away.
Now i will avoid this location

I'm very disappointed that employees cut corners when asking for anything.
I ordered a mcflurry and asked for extra oreo, and their lazy ass just put the ingredients on top and didn't even mix it.
I didn't realize until I got home because I would have asked for my money back, charging me 2 something for the same amount and not even mixing. plus these new cups are smaller and for the same price.

I ordered a customized McDouble at McDonald's, but the kiosk wasn't calibrated to the kitchen's systems. After two incorrect orders, I received my McDouble with excessive pickles, which seemed unprofessional. The staff claimed their tech was faulty, but I didn't want to argue.
