The lady who helped me through the self-service is very rude and insulted me and said rude things to me, I spilled my drink on myself, I got everything dirty and the whole car got dirty. simply because I didn't listen to her and I also didn't understand her because she speaks terrible English. that was 12/22/2024 They should fire her for not doing her job properly. Always make mistakes with the order . If you not check your bag before leaving . You going to be disappointed. Really disappointed. U ask for the chicken nuggets . After im waiting for more than 7 min on the drive true they give us a Burguer . 😡

I recently stopped by this McDonald’s location to try the new McRib sandwich, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. What I received was a very thin patty with just a little bit of sauce—nothing like what I was expecting. Along with a small fry and a small drink, the meal came out to $14, which felt like way too much for what I got.
The quality of the food didn’t match the price at all, leaving me feeling let down. McDonald’s has always been known for affordable and satisfying meals, but this time, it didn’t live up to that standard. I hope they consider improving the portion sizes and quality to match the cost.

Every time we get food here we check it and every time there is something missing, fries, a burger, etc. Today they forgot my patty for my double cheeseburger, and the cheese on my patty wasn’t melted. This cheese has caused my stomach to hurt, I will not be ordering food from here again.

1. This Mcdonalds did not have the halloween buckets as advertised. 2. The employee taking my order was very rude (rolled eyes when I asked about the bucket). 3. The cheeseburgers were $3 each and were basically hard when I ate them. 4. The parking lot is a mess and dirty.

Horrible, this store I have tried ordering from this location and ALWAYS errors, the staff doesn't read orders and forget calling they don't answer the phone. Enough is enough, hopefully everyone will realize these people don't know what they are doing, this location needs professional staff not a bunch of ignorants that don't know how to read a simple order
