It seems to me that the people working there are better at what they do than in the past. The food is the food , you know what to expect although it’s nice when the service is pleasant, helpful and personable…..not like a robot which was the case in the past.

Normally a good spot to go to but I went there today at 4am and I was charged 10 dollars for a steak bagel and a hash brown I never received my change or receipt and she rushed me out the window some Latino lady who works morning shift . Yall employees are stealing from customers it’s sad.

Just got home with my order, I ordered spicy snack wrap, a McDouble, fries no salt because I wanted them fresh and chicken nuggets. I didn’t get the spicy they gave me the ranch and it’s cold and doesn’t taste good. I live only 3minutes away by car. The McDouble is greasy and thrown together. The nuggets are disgusting and old. The fries were lukewarm and had salt on them. I will never come to this garbage location again, I’ll go to the one off Harlem and grand from now on. I tried to call and make a complaint 3 times and they never answered the phone. Worst McDonald’s in Chicagoland area

Employees are very rude. I ordered via the drive through and when I pulled to the first window to put there was no one there. I waiting a while before pulling to the second window. The lady told me to go back to window one, I explained more than once that there was no one there. She gave me such an attitude to receive my payment. This location is always so busy because of the surrounding schools, but they really need to work on their customer service.
Rude employees, no free refills even tho their happy meals are $7.50 each….. more expensive then any other McDonalds in the area. Yes they have a play place here. But it’s 85 degrees in the play place room.
