McDonald's McDonald's McDonald's where is the service that you used to give back in the 90s I mean all your employees have the worst attitudes they think that they own the restaurant and they can do whatever they want when they want to talk to people any type of way this is a service that you guys represent.
It doesn't even matter if if one of the workers are wrong gets the order wrong makes us wait 15 to 20 minutes for fast food they treat us like garbage at this location people that live in the neighborhood come to this McDonald's I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid I bring my son here at least two to three times a week for breakfast lunch or dinner and it's getting out of hand
You need to reevaluate this location you need to hire management that don't talk disrespectful to paying customers if my order is wrong that doesn't mean yell at me if my order is wrong and you guys are giving me the wrong stuff that doesn't mean treat me like garbage if this location is constantly giving people a hard time and telling us to take our business all their places or go to another McDonald's for service this is unacceptable I have never been treated so much like garbage from this location
1 minute the manager acts like he's cool the next minute the manager has a bad attitude then he thinks he can talk to customers any type of way because my order was wrong and then had the audacity to tell me that me and my family can go to another McDonald's if we don't like it here because they fail to get my order wrong and this is not the first time

Service was the worse I’ve had in McDonalds period. Since I got there the person that confirmed my mobile order in drive through got my order wrong with a different name. After I corrected him he noticed his mistake. I went to the window to get my food and after a few minutes the guy asked what I was doing there? I was confused and told him I was waiting for my food. He said he didn’t have my order and after a minute said never mind. He then gave me the drinks first but gave me the wrong sodas. I tried them on the spot to be sure they were fine. They were watered down & flat, barely any ice. I had him return them and get me new ones, he said they didn’t have more sodas, I was shocked for a Friday night but oh well. He said the straws, ketchup and napkins would be in bag but that was a lie as well. The guy looked like he was on something. Anyway I wont return here.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a latte and was told it would take about 10 minutes. I waited, but the drink was never prepared. No explanation, no apology — just wasted time. This is unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s.

If I could I would give this place a zero rating I had ordered a ICED coffee they gave me what looked like hot coffee that had stayed out watery no flavor just nasty... had asked for sauce never got it... asked for no cheese they added it like come on its not that hard 😑

Im 53 and I come hear 1-2 a week. I try not to bother or inconvenience the workers. I like this McDonald's it quite and clean 24/7. Food is consistent. I have no real complaints. I just wanted a fresh pop. Not one made xx time ago. A flat coke sucks.
I would give over all 4.5 stars I went today Wednesday 26th, drive-thru service was Excellent. The food was good also.

Not sure why they say there drive thru is open 24 hours When 3 times in the last month at several different times of the night I tried ordering a hot chocolate and they said they don't have any yet come back 😞??? Really so tonight I went for coffee at 445 am and they told me it's not ready. Come back in 10 minutes. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a drive thru smfh guess they don't want any business also on another note. Went there a week ago at 10 pm ordered a big mac meal and when I got to work it looked like they gave me all there broken pieces of fries there wasn't a full fri in the whole large order it was weird maybe it was the bottom of the barrel. Needless to say I was grossed out and didn't eat my fries disappointeing to say the least.
