Is Incredible how's McDonald's are now. Noone attend at the cashier stand. They send to everyone to the kiosk, the kiosk not give me a receipt and when I requested, the lady just go away and said, someone need a receipt. I just came here because the place where I go is not another restaurant on the way. But, next time, I'm not going to stopping for here.

Honestly the staff is rude and they dont help. I went here before with my cousin to get food and we only had cash and when I asked for help this ukrainian or polish girl didn't help us even though i asked her for help and when she finally did help she has attitude.

Drinks are flat, warm, and water down. I told the guy at the register nicely he acted like oh well sorry shrugged his shoulders. So disappointed because anywhere else the soda is on point.

I now absolutely hate coming to this location. Forcing people to use the kiosk or they won't wait on you?!?.
It's bad enough that McDonald's food has gone down hill, but now the service is beyond crappy too.
Customers are the real job creators, the owner here is trying to eliminate jobs and customers.
My friends and I will never come back here or to any other locations that are owned by the same guy.

Literally no ice at all the past two times I tried to get a drink there. And their mobile system is down so you can’t do mobile orders
They took our money but there mobile system is allegedly down and now we are waiting for a refund, left with kids disappointed ☹️

Rude staff. Made a online order and didn’t give me sauces I pay for. Kept asking am I sure? I literally gave her the whole bag and all of a sudden she don’t speak English.

You can no longer order at the counter—even if you’re paying with cash. Instead, you’re forced to use an automated kiosk, which is ridiculous. First of all, I don’t work for McDonald’s, so why am I the one entering my own order?
The kiosk is full of pointless prompts like:
“Would you like to place an order?”
Uh... yeah? That’s why I’m standing here.
“English or Español?”
Can we just default to English? Are the words “Quarter Pounder with Cheese” really that different in Spanish that someone couldn’t figure it out?
“Do you have a rewards number?”
No.
“Do you want to enter your email and sign up?”
Also no.
Can I just order a burger, please? Like, what are we doing?
Who at Corporate thought this was a brilliant idea? McDonald’s food isn’t winning any culinary awards, but your edge was always speed and convenience. If I now have to spend five minutes fumbling through a touchscreen, with zero discount for doing the work myself, then newsflash: you’ve lost your advantage.

I do not advise people to go to this place because it has become one of the worst places. The food is cold, the soft drinks have an unusual smell and taste, and they always make mistakes.
If I could give it no stars I would. Stay away from this place. I ordered one night through them as they were the only thing opened and got bad food poisoning from them. Go elsewhere !
