I recently used my MCD app to order my food. I tried using my pts, but do to security/connection issues I lost my pts & never got the free item . I tried to reach out to MCd customer service to get my pts back, but unfortunately my pts. were never returned. I wasn't even offered any reimbursement for my inconvenience.

I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe meal to go and once I got home I realized it was the wrong one from another order. Mistakes happen and the staff is always cool here anyways, now I know the spicy chicken deluxe doesn't beat the McChicken.

They always forget somwthing in the order even when is not busy at all, and if you order thru any delivery app they will forget full meals and items. for service for a fast food even small dinners are faster and dont forget orders.

Service is sometimes slow but the food is still the same great Mcdonald’s menu as any other. Very small building and extremely limited parking space for the amount of customers that visit this restaurant especially after school ends it gets really packed with kids.
