I uber on weekends and this is the absolute worst location. I am completely ignored everytime time when waiting and when I speak up staff becomes visibly irritated. I am then ignored more. I want to believe it has nothing to do with race as I watch others serviced ( including other drivers ). If there was a way to avoid this location without messing up my ratings I would.
Hello, good evening. The lady who took out the trash on Saturday the 24th at 9:58 p.m., after tripping over the trash, asked me for permission. It was disrespectful. Be very careful with people like that in the store, since they encourage people to provide bad service. The gentleman was very kind and respectful at that time, since everyone deserves respect.
I had gotten to the window with my friend, ordered two orders of nuggets. It came out to $4 with some change and we were even amazed and even considered going around again. The speaker guy had said “so whats your order” (guy with glasses and wavy hair) with a tone after saying I wanted 4 sauces. I came to the second window and when the hispanic lady with black hair working at the window said “Can I see your receipt” as I go to give it to her the wind blew my receipt and I couldn’t get it anymore. She caught an attitude and said “what was your order” we tell her and she tells me that i didn’t pay for one but I told her it was within the receipt “buy one add one” the crew got upset because the main guy got the order confused and I felt like it was taken out on us. We get our two order of nuggets $ we are checking for the sauces and we see that we are missing two and we tell her and she’s like “thats why i asked to see your receipt” but to me its like one you just seen it blow away & second as a person that knows how the industry works can’t you just reprint the receipt? she was like well if you want the sauces give me one back and ill give one but to me its like I understand but this was something that I thought was in the receipt and we both seen it in the screen before we payed, at the end its not my mistake and I don’t know why it was taken out on us. They say to pull over to hand me the reprint of the receipt so we did, the manager comes out and hands me the receipt and says “Have a good day” just cold cut like that…. and I was so baffled that I was like “wait” he said “if you want to order more you can go around” but like I said shouldn’t you be honoring that service if its was your employee that messed up in the front. This experience was definitely disgusting act of character. I know we have things going outside of work, I know you guys are tired but that does not give you the right to be rude or have that type of energy towards your customers. I work within the customer service industry and TRUST ME that is not how you treat a customer. I wasn’t even rude at all till we pulled off.
Please, avoid this McDonald’s and go to the other nearby locations. They are always forgetting items that I ordered, my drive through code to earn points NEVER works despite refreshing the app they always claim it’s expired or used, and they charge for simple condiments like honey for teas. No other McDonalds that I go to gives me these kinds of issues or charges me for the 1-2 packs of honey that I order for my hot teas. On a final note, I got two orders of completely stale fries on 5/5.
He doesn’t bring orders to the table, although we order from the machine and indicate the table number, and he doesn’t even know how to greet guests, clients, he doesn’t know politeness, he’s not friendly, he shows the name “Lucio” in his vest!
This McDonald’s is always fast and today they made my iced mocha hot and the manager was super nice and remade it with no problem I was so grateful and I loved the great customer service!!!😊
This place has to be run by the rugrats. Omg y’all I’ve never had to wait 30 minutes for a 10 piece chicken nugget. It’s actually so wild, like what are yall even doing back there. The food is beyond cold by the time you get it. 😔 Omg and another time we had to wait over 10 minutes for fries. A medium fry. Literally what is going on back there???

Fast friendly service. Both the dining area and the restroom very clean. Save your receipt if you intend to use restroom as the access code is on the receipt

I felt very uncomfortable. All the employees, including the manager were talking back in forth in Spanish. Not one person was speaking in English. I felt like I was in a foreign country.
