I’ve ordered Uber Eats from here a few times and my order has been tampered with. Stuff shoved in my drink, no fries but instead filet o fish patties shoved in the fry container. Do NOT order from here late night.

The cleanest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. All the employees are super friendly, and bilingual which makes it easier to order. Did I mention how clean it was?!! Best experience at a McDonalds I’ve ever had!!

Placed a mobile order at 4am on 11/23/25 and this little old spanish lady has a real bad attitude. I get to the intercom and tell her my code, with attitude, all she said was “I don’t have your order you need to place again” I kindly asked she she heard the code correctly and if so, how do I cancel my current order. I received no response after waiting for a good minute. I pull off and place my order once again. Get to the intercom and give my code for my new order. Once I get to the 2nd window, the lady looks at me noticeably irritated and just says “valued customer?” In confusion, I say “I have a mobile order through the app” and repeat my 4 digit code to her. She stares at me and says with attitude, “so no valued customer?”
Still confused, I proceed to show her my mobile receipt for my order through my phone which she doesn’t even take a glance at and just tells me with attitude again, “What did you order?” After saying all the items I ordered, she then tells me “you need to know your order next time because it says valued customer”
After checking my profile on the app, nowhere does it say anything about “valued customer” and nor did my receipt say anything about “valued customer” so I don’t understand what her little attitude was about. This isn’t the first situation with this last either or else I wouldn’t care to weite a review

I went to McDonald's and ordered a hot coffee but they gave me a cup of hot water instead i did not noticed until i got home. I called about it but they said they could not help me without a receipt.

Today around 7am I went and I ordered a number 3 breakfast meal. The food was Okay but my coffee was Cold and I asked her if she can switch it for a warmer one. She gave me attitude and blamed the cream she put in made it colder. She called the manager and she just said she will give my money back. That’s not a solution I wanted my coffee but it was cold I just wanted a Hot coffee!! Very bad service and attitude especially if she’s a manager!!

I hadn’t eaten anything in over 12 hours and got food poisoning about 2 hrs after eating a snack wrap from this location. I know they caused me food poisoning due to not preparing their food properly. I tried calling but of course the phone doesn’t work. Do not eat here please. They clearly don’t care about the health and safety of their guests.

Went the other day thru drive thru. The girl had an attituted, i was so closed to tell her if you dont like your job pass it down to the next person but i was a better person and said nothing... I didnt catch her name since she was so quick to get out of the wind plus im not that kind of a person to argue... but she was super rude was going to give me the wrong drink and the icecream portion was not the ice-cream portion mc Donald's gives... just by not coming back ...ill go to my regular MCDs the one on belmont and pulaski.

I uber on weekends and this is the absolute worst location. I am completely ignored everytime time when waiting and when I speak up staff becomes visibly irritated. I am then ignored more. I want to believe it has nothing to do with race as I watch others serviced ( including other drivers ). If there was a way to avoid this location without messing up my ratings I would.

Hello, good evening. The lady who took out the trash on Saturday the 24th at 9:58 p.m., after tripping over the trash, asked me for permission. It was disrespectful. Be very careful with people like that in the store, since they encourage people to provide bad service. The gentleman was very kind and respectful at that time, since everyone deserves respect.
