So I pull up to the double lane drive thru. The CSR was what I thought taking the customers order in lane one. After a two minute wait they finally come to take her order. So now it will be another 2 minutes before my online order is taken. I will send a letter to corporate, demanding a complete change in management. Not because of this incident, but this incompetent service have been going on for years and enough is enough. I ordered a McRibb and a McChicken, bother items are very sloppy to eat, and of course there was not a single napkin in the bag. New management or find yourselves some new customers! 😡

I used to think this was one of the better ran McDonald's on the Eastside of Chicago, but they lack of respect for customers that some of the employees show here,has made reconsider my thoughts... People stand and wait for service and no one comes. They stare back at the public like there crazy... An when you try and ask for condiment or napkin, they disappear quickly or give it too you with nastiest attitude you ever seen... Most of the managers as well... It few people that are exceptional here at this establishment, but I suggest some changes, starting in management

The only thing worth going here for is customer service went in here today no fountain drinks only box juices and ice cream the entire store water is shut off toilets backed up with feces urine and tissue no water to wash hands nor drink very disgusting and the employees failed to tell customers or even out a note on the bathrooms very disgusting I would never wanna go in there again JUST THROW THE WHOLE PLACE AWAY
