I ordered through Uber eats and I ordered 10pc chicken nugs, 2cups of ranch, LRG fry, and a LRG coke. What I received was cold food (may not be their fault), SPICY chicken nuggets, and the flattest coke to ever exist with no napkins or ranch.

This place is so disgusting especially the lady at the second window she seen the lady grab my sandwich unopened and examine it (touch it ) then decides it’s not her order before she was going to speed off then says to the lady this isn’t right and gave back the bag with my food in it not nowing I’m watching them she continues to give her the rest of her order and with no hesitation she lied straight to my face saying she didn’t touch the bag and the food in it i ask again to see if she would have a change of heart but she didn’t and let me ride with dirty food I didn’t even want it lost all appetite and honor for you work place please be advise I will let the higher ups know on that Covid is still around cleanliness should be a top priority I know someone wouldn’t wanna give there grandmother a sandwich that was held by some dirty hands.

I ordered a double fish filet and a reg fish sandwich, but, when I checked my bag it was 2 reg fish filets.so when I told the worker at the pickup window what I ordered he said that it was 2 reg filets. He rudely told me to pull up and I told him no! I had been waiting long enough ! then I ask to speak with a manager at this point my food is cold and wanted me to wait for the double filet while the other sandwich and fries ? were cold so I just ask for a refund .
