After placing my order on the app I pull to the drive thru I'm told sorry we are having a shift change you will have to wait until we are done, it's 10:00 pm I was trying to ask if my card was already charged because I can just go to another location but they stopped communicating with me Smh POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will not be coming back to this East 79th location ever again 🤬

I had a mobile order with pick up from the drive-thru. I did order a nice amount, so I had to pull up and wait a bit, which was no problem. My order was correct and my food was fresh and hot.

The customer service sucks came early in the morning had to wait through the drive-through. They just hand me the bag and they walk away and there's nobody at the window and I need some jelly so I had to sit there still no one is coming to the window, but it's a group of them in there what are you doing? Why aren't you at the window is no organization. They don't care about the customers.

This location has improved lately. Spicy McChicken sandwiches are hot and fresh tasting. The coffee’s hot & good. The lobby is NOT open 24 hours as posted hours show. Today I was told the restaurant should be open at 7:30, rather than at 7: as in the past.
