Always rude. And I almost always get my order wrong when I order online cuz they refuse to check the orders when making them. If you order more than 1 of the same item (they have BOGO nuggets on weekends) you’ll only get 1. It’s a hassle when ordering for more than 1 person. When I’ve tried to reach out after the 3rd/4th time it happened cuz I realized the tickets aren’t fully printed, they either don’t answer or hangup immediately. Absolutely hate this place.

The food is always reheated. The fries are always stale tasting, even when asked to be made fresh. They have horrible customer service skills here and I’ve just decided to never go to this location again.

I ordered two strawberry cream pies they made me wait 15 minutes because they said they was not done. They were short of style, but everybody was on the phone when I came in then on top of that when I did receive mypies they scooped all of the middle out of my past.

Uber Eats driver. I'd give them a zero if possible. Rude customer service. Extremely slow even with only drive thru available. One employee in particular needs to customer service training. I shouldn't have to confirm order if I know the customer name and their order.

It’s a little tight and you have to watch for pedestrians and the ones delivering food on the scooters. The food is fresh they just stingy with the extra ice lol

After placing my order on the app I pull to the drive thru I'm told sorry we are having a shift change you will have to wait until we are done, it's 10:00 pm I was trying to ask if my card was already charged because I can just go to another location but they stopped communicating with me Smh POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I will not be coming back to this East 79th location ever again 🤬
