This is a sorry McDonald's, I have given this location chance after chance and every time it's fail. I bought for my child the chicken strip meal and found out when we got home those strips are hard as a brick and burt. I'm so upset because I can't find my receipt to even take them back.The cashier looked very tired like she been there since yesterday and the other lady whom I guess was the drive through cashier looked like she wasn't doing much and didn't have a care in the world.Needs improvement badly.

I hate that mcdonalds sells food that causes illnesses and food that doesn't even digest properly and it doesn't mold so this means it's not food, i hope they close them all down

The manager at this location was underwhelming and unhelpful. The app was glitching, and I proved it by showing my order history and tje glitch. The manager was of no help and didn't even make an honest attempt to help, nor an offer for the deal that wasn't working, though it should have been.

In Chicago there are not a lot of public restrooms. Some places will allow you to use the restroom as long as you make a purchase. I stopped in today to use the restroom but was going to buy something just to use the restroom. There were only 2 bathroom stalls and one of them was occupied. Judging from the smell some one was taking a crap. I used the restroom and vacated the stall so that my companion could use the restroom. As I rushed to wash my hands, and waited for my friend the stall next to us opened. A woman wearing a McDonald's uniform came out. My friend came out of the stall and washed her hands. The lady in the uniform did not. As we exited the restroom we saw her walk behind the counter and start working. Decided not to buy food. It was 96 degrees in Chicago today and I didn't even want a cup of ice. I was so disappointed and disgusted.

I order fish filet looks like it been cut in half,it had a 1 half piece of cheese ,that I didn't ask for,old buns what is going on with this restaurant as high as food and these extra taxes Ridiculous!!!!

Ariana was SO NICE in the drive thru!! It's VERY RARE these days to hear someone greet you at the drive thru with a kind tone and not sound so mean. She was very straight forward and kind. Thank you for not being rude at the drive thru like so many other places are these days!

After the remodel, the service has gotten better. I never usually have a problem here, which is why i come here over the one on 95th. But this past visit has been so annoying. The manager for one didn't know the address to the store which is crazy. Placed a online order and they saying they didn't get it. After going back and forth with proof they eventually gave me my stuff. And then lied about how to place the order and tried to make me go through the drive thru when i didnt place it for that. Once i got my stuff, Had to check it and still had missing items. I dunno, it was probably the hunger kicking in making me have a attitude, but I was so through with them. If I see them in there I'm most definitely walking out next time because I low key felt they was racist.

Asked for a fresh double filet fish, they put it in the microwave , the bread is so hard I can break a window with it. I wish I wouldve checked before leaving the drive thru, wouldve gotten a refund, will NEVER RETURN.
