Bathrooms and dinning area are nasty. So I can imagine what the food prep area looks like. Too many homeless people hang out there as well. The staff are welcoming sometimes. Need more help at front counter.

Breakfast is ok, but after that don’t expect much unless you like cold old fries, stale food, and bad attitudes. My fries were not even full. The young lady acted like I irritated her when I pointed out that they forgot my fries, even after she requested my receipt to fill my order originally. Very disappointing!

Everything I go to this location, I have to wait at least 15 minutes at the register. Yesterday, I was there and I had waited 25 minutes. The excuse was because of low staff, this was from a customer! But, it's always like this! I worked for Burger King and have dealt with low staff and I have NEVER had a complaint about customer service or checking the front checkout line! That's common sense customer service to check for incoming guests! That's why I seldom go to this location!
