Disappointing drive thru experience, cold food, I had it right away but feels like I’m having it after an hour! You Oder something and get something else! Or missing items! It’s even more horrible at night! McDonald’s falling apart! It’s not a one time experience or just one specific location it’s a new normal for McDonald’s sadly.

This place always forget my order I place an order and they forgot half of my items and I’m outside and im calling and they aren’t even bothering to pick up my call. I took a couple of photos as they have concerning health code violations.

A Latino male around the 40-50 took around 10 min to reply and ended up giving us the wrong oder, when confronted with that fact they tried to justify it by saying I said this order when I clearly didn't. Gave attitude the whole way for a mistake I didn't make

Everytime I come here I end up having to go through the drive thru because they didn't add an item to the order and won't let me buy it at the window

The location here is great. Right close to Decatur, for students and parents. It lies close to both Pace bus stops (Touhy east and west bound, and Kedzie north and south bound). Perfect place to grab a drink on the go!
Why does this McDonalds location not sell the happy meal toy separately like all others? They should have a vegetarian option if they won't sell a toy alone. They also should have someone nice at the register.
