The reason I gave it a one star I came over today at 6:14 ordered a sausage biscuit and hash brown and a large iced vanilla coffee also requested grape jelly that I was gonna be charged for $.25. I should not be charged any type of money for just one grape jelly so I did not complete my order. I left upset. I tell all customers do not shop here ever at this McDonaldâs they will overcharge you underhandedly forget going here ever again. I will never come here again Oh supposedly the girl said that this is owner operated seems like it was an attitude

This one of the worst McDonald's on the Northside. The staff are rude and never know what they are doing, my orders are always wrong. Every time I give them a code in the drive through they mess it up, im not able to reuse the code, than they blame me. This McDonald's makes McDonald's look terrible. If you come here prepare for a headache, rude staff and incorrect orders

In the dt at 10:58 but couldn't order lunch. Was told I couldn't have more than one jelly for a deluxe big breakfast. It would be a thirty-five cent charge. I then had to go inside to order lunch where they have noone working the front counter and the kiosks are only taking to go orders. This has gotten completely out of hand and is wholly unacceptable. How did the corporation allow these locations to disregard their contractual obligations for so long? Just close the restaurant.

I continuously tried to order from the register with a person where they constantly tell me I need to order from the kiosk. I order my breakfast isS â Made to order freshâ Which you cannot do at the kiosk. Today is August 30, 2025 and I just tried to order my breakfast at the same experience and when I ordered my burritos without cheese I was told they cannot make burritos without cheese because they were already premade which is not a maid to order breakfast I went to Burger King instead

The store was super dirty. My husband had to clean the table because there were no clean tables. We asked for some sauce, and yes we know we have to pay. But the employee said it was 75 cents. I handed them them a dollar and a different person charged me. She only charged me a quarter. So why say it's a different price. If I would have handed you the 3 quarters, I know I wouldn't have gotten any change back.

I do not understand why the workers here continue to try and pass the meat that they use for the Big Macs and other burgers as the meat used for the quarter pounder burger itâs not the same thing and we can tell please stop trying to pass it off as such !!

The staff at this location are consistently rude and disrespectful towards delivery drivers. As someone who works hard to ensure timely deliveries, itâs incredibly disappointing to be treated with such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy
