These people are crazy see I told you none of this matters because they do the same thing need something to eat burger King was closed and need something for the dogs they gave my food to someone else she handed it back to them they tried to give it to me so I said no fresh they put the bag on the counter top but before they fixed the so call fresh someone comes from the back and takes the bag and come right and hand me my back cold as ice I said not fresh they brought it out again not fresh she said they said only the fries so cold burger again and again now im typing they comes out and gives me my money back but remind you all the time they was speaking Spanish they gone get enough because a lot of use is learning Spanish then what they gone say when we speak back to them in Spanish we all know when they do that they talking about you like we Don't know that move

They was talking to me whit disrespect. Twice asking me how I get the confirmation number of the order if I pay it when it’s clearly show to there’s system that the order was already payed. Then they put the order on the counter whit out saying nothing after 10 minutes I ask and they handed to me well the food las cold and the sauces was missing . Never bees in a restaurant whit people rude like them . SHAME !
Extremely slow service. The soda machine is "permanently" out of service (??) so in addition to waiting for them to get your food, you are stuck waiting for the staff behind the counter to also get your soda. And by the time you get your food, it's cold.

The worst service ever! We placed several orders, but one of them was never given to us. It seems like it was lost or something, but the staff didn’t even try to figure it out. Instead of solving the issue, they just told us to call customer support. This is unacceptable! 09/07/2024, 16.00 time. You can check it. If you need it can send order numbers.

I visited this location at around 11:20pm or so to get a drink when I was informed they were limited on the drinks at the time so I told the guy to give me a second to decide what I wanted instead when the guy starts speaking Spanish to his coworker in the background & says “If these guy don’t pick something I’m not going to give them anything” then I let him know that I understand Spanish & he apologized right away then I drove off. Shouldn’t be having these lazy bums working customer service.

The service here is absolutely disrespectful for no reason because they get your order wrong and don’t want to take the blame. The management needs to get their people straight or customers are gonna go off on one of them like I did.

It being 2:04am on Wednesday, October 16th of the current year, I stopped by drivetru to order 2 double Quarter Pounders and an order of 10 chicken Nuggets and when I got home I realized that they had never added my chicken Nuggets to my order They never charged me for them but I had to go back and reorder my Chicken Nuggets. I would not order anything again at night since the staff is no longer focused and this is the second time the same thing has happened.
Fast service. But why you closed the restroom?
