It's McDonald's, typical McDonald's food. I gave them 1 star because they just put locks in their restrooms. I used to order on the app, run in, use the restroom, and get my order. It was a quick trip. With the locks on the restrooms, you need to ask to be buzzed in. So you have to wait for an employee to acknowledge that you're standing there, ask them to be buzzed in, have them tell you to order something first, explain you've ordered on the app, and then hopefully they buzz you in. It's not worth the trip anymore. Skip this McDonald's if you can.
I feel a little bit of hidden racism going into that store as an African-American I'm wondering why I'm being treated this way by and Hispanic I ate my lunch there that I bought at McDonald's put my bag in the garbage I asked the cashier to use the bathroom his response to me was we only allow customers to use the bathroom not respond to him was I just finished eating there so no I did not enjoy the experience at all

McDonald's is McDonalds... the food is simply not as good as when I was younger. The fries are never perfectly crispy, fresh, warm and nicely salted. They're often mushy. I will say the people at the Ckark & Pratt location are nice, do a decent job of service and keeping the place clean enough.
