I have bought McDonald's probably in 2 years and I probably still won't because I've had it with them. I'm not going to spend my hard earned dollars for food that is not hot, not fresh and not good for the exorbitant cost. However, today my father wanted McDonald's and it was his treat. So I indulged, it was actually pretty good, after 2 years. It was hot, fresh and good. Pleasantly surprised the fries were fresh and hot although I asked for that but they usually don't oblige. The fish sandwiches we ordered fresh and hot and they actually made it exactly how we ordered it, that doesn't always happens either. Kudos McDonald's!

Don’t go here. You will very likely get your car booted and a $170 fee. If you have a quick pick up and you park your car at the entrance even with your flashers on, run inside pick up the food, by the time you are back outside you will see your car already booted. That’s how quick and sneaky these parking squirrels work. They dont care that you are a customer, they dont care that you are ready to move your car when they approach you, they will put that boot on your wheel, they dont care that it is wintertime and walking across the parking lot is slippery and dangerous. That is what happened to me and I did not leave the Mcdonald’s to go somewhere else. Mcdonald’s should get rid of these parking hawks and compensate for me.

The lady that helped me was verry rude and I had to repeat the order number to her 4 times and when I pulled up she had a face like she wanted to say something and handed my coffee to me verry rude and had to wait 5 minutes for a simple iced coffee because she did not want to give it to me and her coworker had to hand it to me verry unprofessional
I typically get food to go from McDonald's, but I've dined in at this location multiple times. I can't explain why but the atmosphere feels quite welcoming here.

Every time I ordered at this location, something is wrong or missing! The app makes it so difficult to refund an order. I call but no one answers! Can someone reply to this and give me some resources for refunds? I ordered a burger and got a fish sandwich.

Just a heads up for anyone parking here, this McDonald’s uses a private booting company (Innovative Parking Solutions). If you park here and walk off the property, your car can be booted very quickly. It appears that an attendant watches the lot closely. The boot removal fee is $170 and must be paid on the spot. I think McDonald’s could do a better job informing customers about this, since most people don’t expect private booting at a fast-food restaurant. Sharing this so others don’t get caught off guard.

I was a customer and some employee reported my car to be booted. Don’t come here because it’s not worth it. The parking enforcement guy did not want to do anything to help

I stopped in for coffee, cookies and LARGE FRIES. Usually a pretty good experience but, lately people don't greet customers anymore. It needs to be a lobby worker to consistently take care of the lobby and bathrooms. Sanitizing IS very important. Wipe down everything. Refill the napkins and lids.
Be nice sometimes, smile and stop rushing through orders with an ATTITUDE. McDonald's use to be the HAPPY PLACE to visit.

I can’t really review the atmosphere cause you can’t even get inside… for it being a 24 hour dine in place according to the thousand of signs… there are incompetence workers inside who don’t wanna do their job and actually keep the place open. I had an online order… at 9 PM…. and they decided to close the inside… corporate needs to take a look at this place and start firing some people… Rediculous. And there was tons of workers inside…
UPDATE ON REVIEW! THIS LOCATION WILL NOT GIVE THE CORRECT PACKAGING WITH MONOPOLY ORDERS. I just contacted corporate about it.

Worker refused to give me my food I brought through the McDonalds app. She said it was invalid and I never pay for the food and told me to pay again for an already payed order. She was very rude and demanding I go away and wouldn’t refund my purchase even through they have the order number and proof of payment.

Don't order for pickup late at night. The hours are listed incorrectly, and they'll act like you're stupid for believing the info online

Went to this mcdonalds ordered with my code. The lady at the counter gave me my food but forgot my drinks. When I reminded her about my drinks (that were in her hand) she asked for proof, showed her my app and gave the code and she still refused. She ends up talking to another co worker about the situation in another language. It got to the point the manager had to step in to fix the issue and apologized. I give props to the manager but the worker should've been the one to apologize
