Worker refused to give me my food I brought through the McDonalds app. She said it was invalid and I never pay for the food and told me to pay again for an already payed order. She was very rude and demanding I go away and wouldn’t refund my purchase even through they have the order number and proof of payment.

Went to this mcdonalds ordered with my code. The lady at the counter gave me my food but forgot my drinks. When I reminded her about my drinks (that were in her hand) she asked for proof, showed her my app and gave the code and she still refused. She ends up talking to another co worker about the situation in another language. It got to the point the manager had to step in to fix the issue and apologized. I give props to the manager but the worker should've been the one to apologize

The McDonald's at 6231 N. Broadway Avenue in Chicago is COLD AS HECK! If you are temperature sensitive, PLEASE consider bringing a sweater or lightweight jacket in with you. Otherwise, the food is fine, the service is fine, and the bathroom is clean and well lit. There are a few tables outside in front that you could eat at as well, which is a nice perk.

I just had one of the WORST experiences at this McDonald’s drive-thru. The woman taking orders was unbelievably rude – even after we politely spelled out our code letter by letter, she started yelling at us as if we were doing something wrong. There is absolutely no reason to speak to customers like that. This was not just unprofessional, it was downright disrespectful. If this is how you treat people who are literally just trying to order food, I’m seriously reconsidering ever coming back to this location.

Been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Work late nights and trying to get food before going home. Website says 24 hours. Times ranged from 1:30am-4 am on the visits. Each time. I’ve seen 2-3 ladies standing inside. But when I pull up to drive through windows. They said “we are temporarily closed” I’m smell BS!!! Why would you staff 3+ employees and not be open on multiple occasional. They are cheating system and only collecting hourly without doing any work. I mean 0/3 coming in and getting no service is incredible. The GM needs to take a look into the over night staff. Pathetic
