The lady at night was so rude .It was late at night ,I was just waiting to order at drive through they didn’t respond atoll though I figured it out it wasn’t busy atoll and after forever I got my order and she was so rude as hell while giving me the order and misbehaving as if she was giving me for free.I usually don’t give bad reviews but this was so bad I have too

the music is SO LOUD and it gets annoying if you don't like 2015 hits. The food is very expensive. What's the point of McDonalds if it's not cheap? Might as well go to the Chipotle down the street -- get healthier food for roughly the same price. The soda machine and condiment dispensers have been shut down for months, so no free refills. I've seen people get charged money for water here, so I'm assuming the soda machine is turned off to punish the poor.
That said, the employees here are very kind. They're clearly just following rules, and I hope some of the insane premium this place charges gets paid to them.

Even for McDonald’s low standards, this place is very poorly managed. Not once have I had a decent experience at this location. The employees clearly want you to eat somewhere else so do yourself, and them, a favor by going to any other place in this city.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a McGriddle, and after finishing the pancakes, I discovered that the chicken patty was raw. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with a dismissive response. Both the employee and the manager repeatedly emphasized that I had already eaten part of it, as if that negated the issue.
I understand mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and insincere. Finding raw chicken in my meal left me feeling nauseous, and the lack of genuine concern from the staff has seriously impacted my view of this location. Very disappointing experience overall.

Is it just me or is their quality going down as their prices are going up? I used to love my Micky D's . But now it's just not worth the $10 I spent for quarter pounder w/cheese meal. The fries are the only redeeming thing. 😥

Food was fresh "just out the oven" caramel frame was delightful..the consistency n caffeine was magnificent "with my fingers n thumb pinched together" as I kissed them mmwah

Please management I beg you to change your parking policy. I paid the $170 fine without complaint to remove the boot because I did leave the property for 10 min after I finished eating my food. I just don’t think the punishment fits the crime at all. I do not understand why you would do this to your customers. Please please please lower the fine or give warnings. There is no reason to be that harsh.

I come here once I'm a while because it's close to my job, and let me just say this is the best location I've ever been too(born and raised in chicago)They made my steak bagel sandwich on point!! Not like the garbage they serve on foster and kedzie!!! I see alot of reviews angry that it says open 24/7 and think it's open inside, when really only the drive thru is 24/7!! Also I read another one about no diversity but I see different races working here(B.S post), and the person working the drive thru in the morning is awesome, very kind and always smiling!! I recommend this location to anyone who wants to pull up and grab something in a hurry or even eat inside because it's alot Cleaner than the nasty location on 26th near western(place is disgusting). Kudos to the owner and workers of this specific mcdonalds!!
