This location is listed as open until 12 AM, but when I came by around 1 PM it was completely closed. We ordered online so we could just pick up like we normally do but to our surprise there were ,no employees, no lights, no sign on the door explaining why. It honestly looked abandoned. I understand things happen, but if a store is closed during normal business hours, the hours online should be updated or there should at least be a notice posted. I wasted time and gas coming here based on incorrect information. Not mad, just frustrated and confused. Hoping management fixes the hours so this doesn’t keep happening to other people.(not to mention there was a line of people in the drive through and some nice lady told us that no one was inside so we drove around and it was empty. )

I had ordered McFlurry M&M with extra M&M And apparently they say they did it when they gave me my mic flurry, and I told them. What is this we didn’t put the and then I just speak to Manager, and apparently everybody there’s a manager, so I’m gonna expose all of the McDonald’s right now. Cause all of them came to be Manager when they’re not just regular cashiers or whatever they doing taking orders They gotta have more respect because because of us. They have a job and not that would be jobless. And they should stop being cheap because I’m already paying for this extra stuff when they’re not doing it. And that’s what they call. Good customer, Service. I don’t think so.

We had one night with family, trying to enjoy a nice dinner. Workers at this location are so rude. Very disappointed. We were needing help at the checkout machine, which was running out of paper. We couldn't get our receipt, nor did we have our order number. We asked for help, and they were super rude.

Worst McDonald's in Chicago. They alway mess up our orders. ALWAYS. Their staff would pocket cash if customers pay with cash.
I took one bite of my quarter pounder and the texture was off. so I took another bite and the taste and texture grossed me out. When I looked at the Burger it was RAW INSIDE!!! I was so disgusted I had to go throw it up. I called twice and there's no answer. So just warning everybody on here to not risk it and go elsewhere

Why are there non longer drink refills in Chicago? Its still normal in the suburbs. The manager here on 5/5/25 at 10:30 am should be fired and replaced immediately!
Returned on 9/18/2025 if anything at has got worse! Now if you don't speak spanish expect to be treated like crap.
